I don't know why this place is called VIP Apartments, there's nothing VIP about it and it's hardly an apartment. We booked a room with a shared bathroom and the owner made sure we really share that bathroom. The apartment consisted of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a diner (dining table for 6). During our stay there were 2 rooms occupied and we both had the same bathroom. The worst part about it was the kitchen — there wasn't even a spoon, or a glass… nothing, not to mention of water in the tap or a kettle. So if you think you're renting an apartment, forget it. It's just a bedroom that you can use. Kitchen is totally useless. Any why would they put a table for 6 one might ask.? On a plus side: the bathroom and bedroom were clean; the building was nice and we liked the view from a window and proximity to bus stop. More on minus: the room was (extremly) warm but then it got suddenly very cold overnight and the next day it was so — so. You can't adjust the radiator because they charge you 30eur for that. They like to charge you 30eur for anything, maybe also for sneezing. ; it was hard to figure out the door and there could have been instruction because you can close it with a key, turn the know and it would open… strange. I wouldn't like to stay there again, there are plenty of better places in Bergamo for this price.
