Good rooms and accommodation, but the kitchen staff is not kindly and have bad behaviors.

The reception is open from 7:15 until 24:00. Nice hotel, a bit tired but very nice with a nice rooftop breakfast. From the airport 15 minutes by bus, from the train 7 minutes on foot. The breakfast was very reasonable. Nearby are the colas of the railroad, but we did not hear them.

Clean rooms, but a little dated.

I'm honest, the room was really bad but it was also the only room available between Milan and Bergamo during the furniture Fair. It was a very nice hotel.

Nice hotel in Bergamo. 15 minutes to the funicular. (a tram uphill to the old town). Worth about 1.2 for the climb. In payment it is necessary to pay for lifting in area of city. Payment for other zones is not required. Other zones are just a ride, like a ticket to the city transport. For tourists it is not quite clear at once. So, do not overpay. At least 2 zones-back and forth. But the time of action is limited. It is better, there separately, up zone-old City, and downwards when you go back. In the morning you could hear all the transport passing by when opening the window.

The most affordable hotel for the price. We arrived at night and finding a place for dinner turned out to be an almost unreal challenge. The receptionist was absolutely nothing to help us. I had to go in search of my own. In the room clean for the view. Carpet vacuum not very carefully. But in the morning we were waiting for a nice bonus-breakfast on the roof with a voshotitelnym view of Bergamo. The breakfast was great and the variety of dishes offered pleasantly pleased.

This hotel is wonderful! The interior is interesting and cozy, many beautiful paintings hang. The price is not so high in comaparison with what you get. Breakfast is simple but tasty. In addition, we were lost with no accomodation in late late evening and the man at the reception was superbly friendly, communicative and comforting. Our regards! The place is a true gem in this little city.

Nice hotel near the train station!

Weird. Annoyed us as all staff with very poor english, one girl that worked in the evenings was good, others weird. I mean not bad hotel, tasty breakfast and so on, but in general I did not liked it. We will defo come back to Bergamo, but will. Not stay here again.

Nice rooms warm classic style. Average prices. Very helpful and friendly owners and staff. Breakfast varies. Bar/Cafeteria Service made by the staff, not the classic automatic machine! Adjacent parking. Recommended.

For their money quite decently. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are small but quite cozy. There is a fridge, safe, parking. The shower is not very comfortable because the lake is only on top. The reception is open until 12 nights, after entering the hotel by code. Around the same time, the heating is switched off until the morning. The room was clean and the breakfast was very clean. The speed is normal, but too often it is necessary to logged.

It is clear that the 3 stars in Spain do not correspond to those of Italy. No reception 24h, room quite painful, you hear the noises, an elevator that looks like the Middle Ages. In order not to return.

Staff are very bad, not friendly. They're throwing you out of the hotel. Not a neat hotel! The rooms very small! Very old hotel!

A bit far from the old town but the staff is extremely nice and helpful plus it's quite close to the train station.

Because it is a very nice hotel in a beautiful building of the 700 revisited and renovated with much taste and harmony… The pedestrian is very kind and professional… in a beautiful street with Art Nouveau buildings in the centre of Bergamo, very close to the station and the Night clubs…

I had just one night in this hotel. + The stuff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good, I recommend it (keep in mind you have to go out in order to reach the location of the breakfast which is on top of the building; nice view over the old city) The rooms are spatious and clean. The inside decorations are really nice. — you can hear your neighbours and also the traffic.

What a experience. we got a smelly dark room with one small window towards a highly trafficked road and the railway just outside. and the refrigerator did not work we decided to cancel the room and was met with "I have to check with my boss if you want to leave" — then we got YES, but got no refund but the breakfast we payed for in advance. two stars, €105, fan in roof, 4 beds stay away from this crummy hotel.
