Super good place welcome the more we got the room and the parking at 10:30

Very Central, beautiful with an exceptional breakfast, restaurant "La Delizia" In fact name, gym and SPA. Perfect.

Great hotel. Three stars but it's worth four. Possibility to use a very equipped gym. Excellent breakfast (with lots of salmon). The room was very clean.

We’ve been here for one night. The hotel is in a convenient location. Close to the airport and to every thing in city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didnt like the room. A bit old fashioned, but everything was nice and clean. Very quiet hotel in the middle of the city. The breakfast was ok. Not too much options, but nice. We liked the gym great one! Overall very good experience.

It does not have parking available… We rented a room for a meeting leaving every 2 hours to not take the fine.

Great bar and restaurant catering for all tastes Located near the finiculare for an excursion into citta alta. Superb hearty all you can eat breakfast with in room service. All the spa treatments you could possibly want at discounted rates for guests.

Fantastic place good service. No mini bar or ways if getting a drink of water at night. Bottle provided but no replacement after that's been drunk.

Nice room, quiet and clean, but the bathroom needs some improvement. The staff is polite and descreete, especially the maids, never loud and always respectful. No satellite tv, only Italian channels. Excellent restaurant.

Lack of minibar, TV without satellite channels, in the presence of time the signal was going on. Restaurant room service dinner slow.

Hotel is decent although in need of refurbishments here and there. Location in very good for exploring Bergamo. Nice personnel. I liked the single room, especially the layout. What I didn't like is weak Wi-Fi signal in the room, yellow dirty looking bed quilt (though placed between 2 white clean sheets) and the fact that one has to be a rocket scientists to figure out how to turn on the room AC (process involved, per instructions, somehow dialing some numbers and dashes or something). Breakfast is miniscule and lacks warm food.

Scam alert. At check out at this hotel Giulia the receptionist told me that the internet was down and that they would have to process my credit card with the old fashioned swiper. I thought that was strange as I had been on the internet in my room just minutes before. However, we were rushing to the airport so I ignored the red flag that was waving in my head and we complied, She was so charming! One month later over $2000 of fraudulent transactions appeared on my credit card. My bank has sorted it out but they don't bother going after the people who either commit the fraud or sell on the credit card details. Be warned! If this scam is tried on me again I will go to an ATM and get cash out. NEVER fall for the "internet is down we have to swipe your card manually" trick.

But very cozy. We had a fantastic stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well decorated.
