The spas are very nice but the hotel definitely not to be recommended lacks all the basic services for a hotel of this caliber.
Bad catering.

Excellent structure, well maintained and above all very clean, many products and treatments to offer and paths full of benefit. Super recommended for those who love to relax in full green and luxury. Great prices for the proposed offers!

Very kind and helpful staff, super clean, perfect organization, crazy massages, full buffet.

Parking we leave it alone 20 minutes to look for where to put it. A very large structure with 10 places counted absurd!
Very uncomfortable changing rooms : me and my locker neighbor had to do the shifts to change us she opened and I had to close 1 bench to support things and we were at least 6.

Beautiful spa with mountain views. Both indoor and outdoor spa experiences. Fantastic food. Everything is of a very high quality.

Bad customer service for post-pandemic voucher management. Zero attention to the customer (new mother) and zero availability. I strongly advise against it!

Amazing location, really beautiful. All very nice, clean and cared for, very kind staff, but unfortunately the catering is absolutely inadequate for such a structure. Too bad really. In addition, there is no control at the entrance. We stayed 5 days at the old spas, and every morning there was a long line of people in access to the beautiful spas. No temperature was taken (not even to us in the hotel …) and there was no staff to control "the gatherings". We decided to use only the outdoor tub because inside it was a real delirium, and these days it annoys a little.
I would give 10 if it weren't for the really bad restaurant, and too many people at the spa.

Unfortunately my memory was beautiful but after two years with the excuse of COVID THEY HAVE LOWERED A LOT THE VALUE FOR MONEY THE FOOD THEN A BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT.

The place is great. Ideal. To relax and regenerate. Moreover, one of the very few spa facilities opened during the pandemic. It's always worth coming back.

New bathrooms, beautiful and suggestive structure. Checkin and out a disaster: we stayed there this weekend with a voucher given to us and it seemed like no receptionist had any information about the conditions. We had to call the people who gave us the weekend 3 times and have them talk to the staff. At checkout we are wrongly charged two days of spa (we had made one and they were at the expense of our friends). The breakfast in the room, very dear, lacked bread and bowls to eat yogurt with muesli. We were in an apartment with kitchen, beautiful, without a single pot or bricco. The baths, wonderful, have to be paid for apart and cost a lot. I don't know, from a 5 star hotel I wouldn't have expected these taste drops. Too bad.

Beautiful experience and the structure of the old bathrooms is very suggestive where you can also learn a bit of history, excellent aperitif, the only flaw wrong time during this period of COVID, I was in other QC when COVID still did not exist and I must say that everything was perfect.

Given the online booking, I was hoping there weren't that many people… I am sorry, but the distancing rules are not being complied with. I couldn't use anything because I was scared… The massage done by Beatrice is very good and beautiful.

Compared to those in the Aosta Valley are scarce. Bathrooms and showers outside the changing rooms which by the way are small. Nn serve to eat unless nn pays another 22 euros in addition to the 48 x enter. Few tubs and few routes. They will be old but regulators with costs.

My husband and I are passionate about spas and as soon as we can we go looking for new and particular places. These are the most beautiful we have visited. The view from the outdoor pool is breathtaking. You enter in a closed number so relaxation and silence is respected. What to say all perfect.

Gorgeous and romantic hot water baths, overlooking dramatic mountain scenery, a proper sauna with several hot and cold options, all very well kept.

A wonderful place to spend a day. There are warm pools facing an astonishing view of snowy mountains, Finnish and Turkish saunas, hidromasaje pools, ancient caves that takes you to thermal baths. Tha place was first built by the Romans, then it was also used during the Renaissance period. It was restored by the Emperor of Austria and today is a place where you can also sojourn in the Hotel or have lunch or dinner at the Restaurant. It is recommended to book in advance during weekends. If your booking is made by one of hotels of the surrounding areas you will also get a little discount.

Charming and relaxing place to try all the tubs calmly… the cave of St. Martin you can do take time. Good experience, pleasant even at the olfactory level. A pleasant day! Only thing a little bit richer free break would not hurt over an herbal tea maybe some gressini. Anyway to come back surely! Place held well! Cozy shower with the products of the spa bubble bath and products excellent hair products. Also the face and body cream in the changing rooms products to buy! Every now and then you need a gift for yourself!

A wonderful stay. The room was cozy and clean. The staff super helpful and professional. The thermal baths are wonderful. Soaking in warm water while looking over the alps and then diving in an underground cave filled with warm aromatic water was a bliss.

Awesome place to get away and relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and we were surprised more than once with little details. We got free face masks for example. The breakfast includes local cold cuts and cheeses. You won't go hungry! The restaurant offers a small selection of local foods. We were happy with everything we ordered. As a guest of the hotel you can also book the therme which gives you access before the "day-visitors" arrive. You also have access to the Bagni Nuovi to which they bring you in a shuttle (in your bathrobe! ).

Lovely place full of history, pity for some flaws! We stayed in the Attic Junior suite that apart from the tomb lighting on the ceiling there were several engravings and written made is not known by those who in previous years, absurd seen the 4 stars, not even in a hostel you find certain havoc!, the most annoying thing was the thermal spa that although suggestive and rich in history was open to the public and therefore overcrowded with discomforts of all kinds and no relaxation!, in especially for those of us staying in hotels, strange people for the corridors of the hotel because the changing rooms of the external customers were scattered in the hotel, but unfortunately the management prefers to collect as much as possible and little does it matter of the customers of the hotel!? Note of merit to the Spa masseurs, council stay in week and not Friday Saturday Sunday, otherwise the much-vaunted relaxation is non-existent!

The most beautiful thermal baths of Lombardy, from the Roman period inside the luxurious grand hotel old baths, there is a refined and clean environment without obligation to follow paths, different saunas with different temperatures and aromas, baths with whirlpool, Bath for Music therapy, super panoramic bathtub with hydromassage with breathtaking views of the most beautiful peaks of Valtellina. Caves dug into the mountain with wellness trails. An emotion to live both alone and in company… the only flaw, despite being limited access, is that people exchanges the bathrobe and slippers that are supplied in the entrance. For the rest really top! I forgot, in the locker rooms comfortable hair dryers and face and body creams offers… Remember the 1 euro coin to lock your locker and enjoy your relaxation!

I was with my friends only at the baths old baths, we did not stayed in the hotel. The spas we enjoyed so much, especially the panoramic bathtub and the cave. Really nice it's worth it we are regenerated. If I have to make a few notes the saunas are a bit light for my liking and there are too few places in the relaxation areas compared to the people there are. In any case wonderful spas!

Perfect place for relaxation, especially in winter.

A single word to describe the experience I had here: indescribable.
Besides the location that is a show, the complex is kept impeccably, clean and tidy in every corner, which makes the difference with the spas of other companies.
The modern design mixed with the antique one makes everything very pleasing to the eye.
I do not linger to talk about the panorama or the context in which this spa complex was built with unique features in the world, but I prefer to review the staff, really friendly and polite, elegant and not at all rude.
I had a great time.
I highly recommend it for a day in total relaxation.
Preferably it's better to arrive by noon so you can park near, and maybe find parking in the structure, and stay there for dinner, recording really good dishes.

What about, clean environment, maybe a little ' too many people during holidays… but in the whole place very characteristic. The caves and the baths are dug into the rock and the bathrooms are those that used old kings and queens… or celebrities like Leonardo da Vinci… The price is worth it. Free towels and bathrobes.

Superb place in a natural park relax and rest.

A structure so fascinating and full of history is hard to find.
Of the baths dug in part in the rock near the Alps, with a view to leave breathless the first settlement is Roman, later of the medieval enlargements and in the last addition a cave/bathroom Turkish natural long 300 meters dug in the bowels of Mountain.
Impeccable service, high level locals, possibility of buffet brunch on several occasions from 11am. 00 until 3pm. 30, Consigliatassimo for quality, variety and price really sustainable.
The panoramic bathtub, gives any hour of emotions and a marvel difficult to find in other locations.
On the sunny day I spent, we also had the opportunity to admire comfortably from the bath and in the more external passages a family of ibex that burned behind the walls of the ancient baths.
Recommended the winter period for the spectacular snowy Vale all around.

The photo I published shows the beautiful view that you can enjoy being immersed in the thermal water at 40 degrees that flows directly from the heart of the Alps. The structure is beautiful and there are also the ancient Roman baths where we can still bathe today. There are plenty of tubs both inside and outside the structure, it is also offered free of charge a very pleasant and fruity hot tea. The only drawback in my opinion is the high price, especially when compared to other more modern spa facilities. It's worth going there but, given the cost, just for a day.

The old baths of the Terme di Bormio are an experience to be done at least once in your life. The view from the outside tub is spectacular and difficult to describe, especially if you test it in winter with the snow around and minus 5 degrees. The basic entrance costs 50 euros and includes a bathrobe, a towel and slippers, you choose a time slot in which to enter but then you can stay until closing. The spas are quite large and there are various areas with various tubs and saunas, some more modern and other older and features. Also recommended the aperitif, there is a wide choice of excellent dishes and in the price is included a change of bathrobe. The rooms are very clean, showers and changing rooms have creams and soaps of various kinds. Access is controlled, so despite having been there on the weekend there were no files or particular crowds that can be annoying. To try!

The spas offer many kinds of relaxing experiences. Suggestive cave with natural thermarium and different outdoor pools with breathtaking view of the valley. It also has a large outdoor swimming pool that you can also stay outdoors in winter (in good weather).
Unfortunately the experience of relaxation is punctually disturbed makes peasants who go to the spa without understanding what they are going to do. It is easy to meet rude speakers who speak in Turkish baths and saunas despite being expressly written to respect the silence. If you have to chat go to the bar and not to the spas.

I don't know how the hotel is but the sauna complex is awesome.

Amazing views, many spa options, lovely rooms, room service is always a treat! A great relaxing getaway with spa entry to both QC Terme spas in Bormio if you stay at the hotel. Lovely restaurants with incredible dishes at dinner and a sumptuous breakfast buffet, just absolutely divine! Front desk and all staff are kind, polite and very accommodating. I want to come back, for sure! Classy and laid back, a true spa retreat!

Very friendly Staff. Greeted by the receptionist, who explained the times and the rules of the spa.
Fortunately It is forbidden to access the children of 14 years and therefore there will be noise and loud noises.
Silence reigns inside the baths.
The cleanliness is impeccable and the saunas and bathtubs available are many, each with a history behind it and a particularity, such as The medieval baths or the cave with inside a spring of hot water.
What differentiates it from other spas is the fact that nothing seems contrived, everything marries perfectly without being out of tune, like the exposed rocks.
The showers and changing rooms have a bubble bath, shampoo and body care creams for men and women.
Recommended.

Old Baths strongly recommended: warmer water. For the property: Bagni New is a 5 star. Large Rooms with bathrooms entirely in marble. The structure is Also rich in marble and extremely luxurious.
For The Old bathrooms Everything is absolutely wood, but also here the rooms are quite large. You go to taste…

What a fantastic place, just stop here if you are passing, grab a drink and admire the view. Yes it is expensive and you need to get a deal to make the case for staying the night.

I have been in both new and old bathrooms, even these old ones deserve so much to be seen once in their lives.
Both inside and outside there are many bathtubs, whirlpools and saunas.
Very Nice event in a sauna that we managed to do.
Doing the entrance throughout the day you can access a free buffet from 19 o'clock, very rich in pizzas chips etc. Much appreciated.

Ideal Place to spend a day of absolute relaxation, manicured and clean environments, very parenting staff. Excellent choice for sauna and Turkish bath, both indoor and outdoor tubs are very well cared for. The part of the old baths (dating to the Romans) is very suggestive and definitely deserves the price of the ticket. The top is to visit them during the winter season, maybe after a day on the slopes.

The nicest spas I've ever been to. There Are several "thermal areas", the most characteristic ones are certainly the panoramic tub and the tunnel in the rock. We Suggest to bring your slippers as those that give them are uncomfortable and can be confused with the dozens of other slippers that guests leave outside the tubs.
On weekends you can pay 22 euros to access brunch buffets for lunch and aperitif in the evening, all you can eat in practice, convenient in my opinion if you want to spend the whole day there. Objectively, on weekends in the afternoon there are really too many people, but still nothing compared to the "terme finte" that have done in Milan with the same brand.

Great hotel, perfect location.

Wonderful These ancient baths already in use in pre-Roman times and described by Cassiodorus in 535 d. C. The location is breathtaking, the view priceless, all exalted by the panoramic pool and the saunas and relaxation rooms overlooking the peaks of Alta Valtellina. The experience is fulfilling for the eyes, the body and the mind. The original atmosphere of the various thermal portions Is rightly and wisely maintained and respected. There Is a suggestive Sudatory Grotto. The lack of comfort and accessibility for the presence of several flights of stairs to climb and descend to take advantage of the 6 thermal routes, but so much, you can not have everything.
If you are in the area of Bormio you can not miss the opportunity to visit them… Or spend a few days in the attached hotel.

Don't let your wife lure you into this dirty overpriced spa. The view is great, but ut enda there.

The Roman cave baths were almost as incredible as the view outside. This half spa half hotel has a wide variety of indoor and outdoor pools tubs that make for a fun and relaxing day — all overlooking the beautiful green Italian mountainscape.

Wonderful hotel, great location. A dream!
