The thread is a pure entertainment view x the presentation to the palate because it melts in your mouth, and you can change the flavour with the 7 types of salt. The best is the one that smoked that stays in tune with the presentation. Great food. Not as heavy as the majority of the food offered by local restaurants. If you go for dinner do not forget to have a torch with you as you have to walk 15 min to reach the place from the parking place. Mobile phones are out of network there.

Because of the snow we had to walk part of the road and walk in the dark to get there, but it is definitely worth the effort. The cottage is very characteristic, and super cozy, you feel like at home. This definitely contributes to the manager, a person extremely polite and helpful. The menu at a low price includes appetizer, first, second, dessert and coffee: plentiful portions and excellent quality. But it was clean.

Beautiful farmhouse located 20 minutes by car from Bormio. The place is very quiet, away from the road and reachable via a path dipped in green (or in the white, if you go in winter! ). Typical dishes great, really nice local and a staff that can make you feel really at home are the main features of the hut.

Wonderful place, staff is awesome, food quality! We will definitely be back! In the winter, with the snow-covered road, it would be great to be able to have a snowmobile x shuttle service, especially to go back on after I ate! For the rest, really excellent, and worthy of a visit!

The only negative factor if you can define it so is that D winter you have to take a walk of 10m. On the road are formed of ice sheets, plus being downhill is a little ' dangerous, in fact my girlfriend fell but nothing was done.

We pass it every time I go into the woods to look for mushrooms. However, I only made a small snack to return from the forest, with excellent meats and cheeses from valtellina.

If you want to enjoy the magic of an almost 200 years old building, typical Valtellina recipes cooked to perfection and the most gracious hosts, this is definitely the place to go.

Farm very well known in the upper valley. Traditional menu with local products expanded with frequent reinterpretations (slight changes) of the great dishes of the Valtellina. Simple food, genuine, heavy to digest in a very special environment, with attention to every detail. Not exactly easy to reach…

Hospitality and cordiality, combined with a very characteristic and traditional dishes presented in an impeccable and unique flavours. The menu is fixed at 25€ (15€ for children) and includes a starter of salami of their own production and sciatt, a first, a second meat choice between the two, dessert and coffee. The wine and the wine list includes major labels in the Valtellina. Definitely a must-try.

The location is so picturesque that you are never going to find this place without looking for it. And since it is such a gem, I really don't want to share its existence with you. I prefer to keep it for myself. The farmhouse dates back to the 1800s and has a wonderfully cozy dining room that seats probably no more than 20 or 30 people. The meals are creative and ridiculously affordable for the quality. The service is impeccable. The owners/staff feel like family members who won't let you leave without trying just one more thing. Go now before they become hugely successful.
