We have stayed here four times. Though it is small, it is convenient for walking to the centre of Sarzana. The rooms are well, stylishly equipped. Breakfast has plenty of choice (Italian style).

Positive: Good location. Negative: Too hot on the top floor during the summer.

Positive: So close to centre of beautiful village.

What can I say, the hospitality of Francesca and Carmine is without of words… even when you go to relatives, you are so good, after a while you're like one of the family… Great people.

Passing through Sarzana for a night, we found this small B&B very close to the centre. Very cute and convenient: 5 minutes on foot on the plain and you enter the historic center of Sarzana.

We only spent one night at this property but will return as soon as possible. Ilenia very helpful, wonderful room with hydromassage, large, tastefully furnished and well soundproofed.

A truly excellent B&B. Very clean and comfortable room. The mattress is very good. I slept really well. The only flaw, if I may say so, are the mirrors positioned too high.

We stayed in the farmhouse studio apartment, a place surrounded by greenery that allows you to enjoy your holidays in a quiet and relaxing environment.

It's a hotel. On the outskirts of la spezia. No nice bar a restaurant. No shop near by. It's a decent basic hotel at a good price. Recommend having a car.

Second stay at this property, we enjoy the hotel backyard, calm and beautiful, the room is spotless, size of the Junior suite is confortable. Linen and matress perfect for a good sleep.

The hotel is a good 3 star. It has everything a 3 star needs to have. The rooms are basic but super clean (very important! ) and with all that you need.
