Comfortable place, Original and luxury rooms, abundant breakfast, highly recommended!

The room we had was nice size and clean. Have already seen a lot but a TV that is installed in the mirror not yet. Speaking of mirrors, in room 208 everywhere 😉
Bathroom very spacious with electric heating!
Parking no problem at all and to the port you walk about 30 minutes.
We were satisfied for the price, but who is looking for will certainly find something negative.

Sleepless night, dirty room and noises of shower and toilet drains.
Terrible breakfast, cold scrambled eggs and non-existent service, awkward consierge.

I asked several times to disconnect the air conditioning but they didn't do it x all night!

Large clean rooms, large bathroom, huge mirrors. Very modern hotel, 300 meters from the nearest beach! Perfect beautiful hotel.

Does not earn 4 stars. Umsinpatic and not so clean.

Well appointed and quiet rooms… too bad for the lack of a bar room with TV on the ground floor near reception.

Despite the booking being made and prepaid for 3 people (2 adults and a child of 9 years) with breakfast for 3, we have NOT had a couch for the child due to the hotel full! Having already prepaid the room has not been possible to cancel and change hotel. The precise responsibility is also a load of HOTEL. COM, which has charged the cost of 3 occupants staging a room where it was not possible to add the third bed.

Nice hotel with restaurant and shops around, good for travelers, especially Sushi restaurant.

A "standard" hotel, in line as quality and services to large hotel chains. Breakfast buffet, friendly staff, room and clean rooms. Only flaw, regulation of the air conditioning too low (when I was there).

I Tell the truth, I have not stayed there, but besides being visually hideous in a rural area of Savona is also a mirror for cruise and tourists in general (those with whom I spoke were not for nothing satisfied). I Think you work so much only thanks to a very large advertising campaign.

Bad reception and little attention to the customer. Wifi not working and air conditioning of the rooms very noisy so as not to have closed eye. Even the temperature is not adjustable to then not talk about the cleaning.

Rooms and surroundings ok, ventilation was noisy and a door was missing at the shower cubicle so you couldn't close the cabin. I haven't seen anything like that yet:-)
Hotel reception wasn't very friendly either.
For one night, the hotel is ok, but not recommended for longer stays.

Beautiful modern hotel is just outside, but that's what the price makes up for.

The first time, just opened, I thought I had found the ideal place for my stops in Savona.
Unfortunately in the years The signs of decay are pointed out and unfortunately do nothing to hide it. I Do not know if at ProX stop I will change location.

Can make illusion… but unfortunately the maintenance is catastrophic and if you look a little better everything is dirty.
Breakfast worthy of a canteen, with plastic spoons and minimum choice of low-end products.
Room OK but the ventilation makes a really loud noise.
Only the Wi-Fi connection works perfectly and quickly.

I stayed for one night and the experience was positive.

It was a very nice hotel. Quiet, well furnished and comfortable bed, although composed of two single mattresses, the pillow a little too low. Breakfast plentiful, coffee and hood of the car are not good at all, however I appreciated that asking for a coffee they do not charge. Recommended to all.

The room is very clean Good service. Breakfast not excellent both in quality and quantity.

Shower where a door was missing, very uncomfortable mattress. Only positive note the breakfast. 4-Star Hotel? I don't think so.

Basic Hotel, clean, ample parking being located in a shopping centre (including several shops with a supermarket). I can't express myself on the restaurant, but the breakfasts were good. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi.

Stayed over for 3 nights in June 2017. Really nice place, the rooms are clean and look great, there are some shops around too (unfortunately they open pretty late and close early). The staff were kind, polite and accommodating. The hotel is quite close to the train station and the city centre isn't too far away either. I can definitely recommend this hotel :)

We stayed in this comfortable hotel on the way back from Corsica. The room was spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. Especially modern: a huge flatscreen that looks like a mirror. You could cook tea with an electric kettle and tea bags provided. The bed was pleasantly well padded. We also liked the breakfast, as well as the fact that we were able to bring our dog.
At home, we found that we had forgotten our smartphone charging cables in the hotel. After a very nice e-mail exchange with Mr. Alessandro we received these cables from the hotel free of charge by post. That's what I call service! I highly recommend the hotel.

Smells horrible, decent beds, poor breakfast. Overall meh, look elsewhere.

Spacious rooms, convenient electronics store and grocery store nearby, nearby sushi bar is very good, very comfortable beds.

Stylish and clean, spacious rooms, english speaking reception, breakfast ok, lot of parking places, perfect for one night. Hint: At the breakfast do not use the coffee machine, it is only instant coffee. The also have a coffe bar in the breakfast room and the staff makes a good itallian coffee for you. Bonus: Shoestore Pittarello with italian shoes directly nearby.

I end up in a handicap room that is close to the elevators; the room was up to date and very spacious. Bed was not as comfortable but acceptable enough for a full night sleep. Breakfast was limited compared to other hotels I've been in.

Very good hotel with clean and cozy rooms, nice staff and many services. Although the breakfast wasn't the best. A good point is that they accept dogs in the whole hotel.

Room and bathroom very spacious. Drips from the ceiling in the bathroom water could be so showered separately in 3 rooms in our travel group. The restaurant looks like a third-rate canteen — so was the service.

You deserve 5 stars! Excellent beautiful spacious and modern rooms. Quiet and central position.

Problemi con I condizionatori… non si possono regolare in autonomia e vengono tenuti troppo forti. Il parcheggio che mostrano è quello del supermercato vicino.

Struttura vecchia ma comunque pulita. Wifi costoso.

Good hotel; spacious and comfortable rooms. Working and complete bathroom. The only flaw in that room there are no drawers to store clothes. Reception courteous and professional. Would do it again.
