Booked at this hotel from August 13 to 24.
Phone reservations in addition to the hotel included umbrella and two sunbeds at the beach for the 10 days.
So it was not, on the second day since arrival going to the beach we found nothing, turning various beaches even those free cause Covid obviously there was no place.
Upon arriving at the hotel we talk to the hotelier who replies that it was not a "legal" thing because every morning he had to go to a hotel worker on the free beach set up to take places and we didn't have to know.
And if we were told the situation we wouldn't have booked here.
All this, of course, has not been said to us.
So ZERO fairness and seriousness!
Second day of course we paid is freed the hotel.
➜ Availability and kindness possibility to have an apartment and not just hotel rooms. This for us that we have been taking our grandchildren on holiday for over ten years is very comfortable. The staff are nice and cheerful. Our grandchildren always want to go back to Andora!
