Location, friendliness and good food.

In The Via Palme, just behind the hotel, a noisy mega-construction site.

We go here almost every year — amazing and friendly staff, good size of room, always clean and well maintained, view on the sea both from our side terrace and the sun roof, just crossing the street to get to the beach, fantastic food… the staff is also great with kids! what more could we wish for?!

After a reservation made 3 months in advance and a confirmation for a room on the second floor with a sea view we received at our arrival and for 3 days in a chamber behind, to limit in the cellars behind next to the engine of the cold chamber and the passage for the staff and their poses ; so a lot of noise … in short a real disaster and the big foutage of mouth … after 3 days we received a room on the second but with the balconies in d face of 3 metres … I speak not of the kitchen quite mediocre and bland, and the custom is to "pull the jaws" in brief … d put more feet promised.

Beautiful location but no air-conditioned elevator without remote control. I had to get up every time. More than a hotel a gym.

We stayed on the 3rd floor with sea views. It was really nice and if your neighbours don't use the air conditioned too much, it is REALLY quiet at night. The breakfast is very good as well.
The service is wonderfull. Everybody is nice and helpfull. They recommended us a restaurant to celebrate my mum's birthday and it was perfect. So thank you everybody. The only thing that kind of ruined the stay and because of the way this person treated my mum was a problem with the OWNER. … Yes. The owner of this beautiful hotel was the one that didn't appologise and treated my mum like a liar.
My mum bought my borther swim shorts in sorrento he wore them at the hotel's pool. He was lying on the edge outside the swimming pool and when he stood up his shorts were discoloured or bleached.
What my mother thinks is that the person who had cleaned the pool had spiled some product by accident on the edge, because the stain was only on the front of the shorts where he had been lying on. When my mother went to talk to the person in charge, she laughed at her face and treated her awfull. My mother even showed her the receipt but she didnt get even an apology. When my mum insisted and started complaining loudly, this lady tried to offer 20 euros to keep her quiet. That wasn't the real value of the shorts and the way that this lady behaved was what bothered us the most. So…
Nice stay, but do not think about to solve anything with the owner.

Cozy structure; Two-storey rooms (no elevator). Clean rooms (some modernized recently). The staff was very helpful Great location and parking.

High level staff prepared and professional. The dining room and a 4 star hotel run with excellent wisdom and proffesionalita covered with super tables.
The Food and Excellency the chef according to us must be starry. We ate excellently well and plentifully.

Quiet place, clean rooms, simple food with taste.

Bad in everything. Eat just enough, little variety, zero courtesy from the staff. Discouraged.

I spent 15 days dreaming of splendid personal and courtesy with a great kitchen a greeting to everyone next year!

The only drawback the lack of elevator. If you don't want to eat the pasta there is almost always the consommé in Cup.

The Hotel is located opposite the sea, cosmetically very nice.
There is no lift and the site is not recommended. The rooms are not very clean, the kitchen was very poor. Friendly staff. Value — negative price.
