The hotel is great but the drinks paid food are delicious in part. We came very first and we are not given dessert when almost everyone was given to eat billiards tennis table.

It's a nice, soulful hotel. When checking in I did not like, used to hotels 5 stars. Everything seemed to be tired. But the opinion later changed. There are no utensils, ashtrays in the room, but we asked for glasses, no problem given. There's a fridge, a vintage hairdryer. Pros — towels new, snow-white, changed every day. Cleaning daily, replenishing the gel d/d and soap constant. There's a bidet. Bedtime was changed often. There was a spacious balcony, but we paid extra for it. The best part is the attitude. The staff are very friendly, good-natured, smiling. Such a warm attitude was to our child. Charming manager Bruno, always support the conversation. The restaurant has pleasant waitresses, the name of one Stefania, a very warm attitude. Free parking. Pool norms, bathed. The hotel is located successfully, all nearby, center, casinos, restaurants, promenade. But it must be hard for the elderly to climb up the hill, the hotel on the mountain. Breakfasts are monotonous, but croissants are excellent, bake themselves. You won't be hungry. Anyway, thank you very much for the warm welcome, and hello Bruno)

Very elegant Hotel, very close to the centre of San Remo and 2 steps from the Casino! Equipped with swimming pool! I highly recommend!

Bad. Cats in the reception that go where they want, table cloths never changed in 4 days despite the assiduus stresses, rooms ruined with wires of the socket not covered, blankets of dirty and stained beds, ruined furniture, carpets of Reception and the corridioi crammed with dust and finally one evening we were served raw chicken.

The last princes who have entered here in the Guestbook… This is certainly a hundred years ago. Old premises and rooms are urgent to renovate, plus close parking. Of good Italian cuisine is also nothing to see, at best you do not expect anything from food or take only rooms with breakfast. But the hotel also has advantages to offer. Very friendly, very good location and ideal starting point to take excursions and also cheap prices.

Nice and clean old style hotel, nice staff, great location. Too bad for a fastidiosissimo electric noise that lasted all morning preventing me from sleeping.

Friendly staff especially receptionist, good quality of meals, a bit of disorganization at breakfast time due to lack of staff.

Last summer I booked several days. And I had a great time. Nice rooms with air conditioning. A nice dining room and the most important thing is the friendliness and professionalism of staff.
