➜ Simple but comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Varied and good quality cuisine.
➜ We booked through a well-known search engine where we usually book my girlfriend and I. We wrote the time of arrival in the reservation. 17/18.00 Upon our arrival we try to enter, but with much surprise the door was closed. Next to the entrance is another door we try to open that but not even opened. At that point we had to opt for another accommodation. I sent an email saying that we were out there but it didn't open the door. The cancellation conditions for the reservation amounted to 50% of the total cost. I cancelled the reservation in the hours set by the booking site, but to my amazement I was charged the entire reservation. I strongly advise against booking this property as the service offered to us is equal to less than zero stars.
