Wonderful location. Full view of the Bay of Silence.

Great pool overlooking a quiet sliver of beach. Rooms appointed with fine amenities. Hotel staff is very engaged in making us comfortable!

I cannot day enough about this boutique hotel! Family owned and they couldn’t be more lovely. Greeted us at our arrival and their employees are just as gracious. I’ve never had an experience like this ever! I can go on and on. You simply must experience this hidden gem for yourself!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Five stars! A hidden gem! Location is spectacular and the views are breathtaking. The service was exceptional with an amazing staff. The breakfast was delicious and the dinners fine dining. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one to cherish forever.

Hotel Helvetia is absolutely a wonderful hotel. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The owners and the staff know very well how to make you feel special. They really do take good care of their guests in every possible way. In this hotel, you have the feeling that everyone loves his job, appreciate working there and that’s how they make you feel home. There is no separate “hotel management” at this hotel. The owners themselves are taking care of every single detail which creates a very warm atmosphere in a very professional way. The Hotel is very well maintained, very stylish and clean. You can either enjoy the poolside or the beach (Citto beach). Both are beautiful. Citto beach is definitely the coolest beach of the bay and a “must go” bar for an aperitivo in the afternoon during the sunset and at night. Delicious breakfast in the morning with very good variety of food. Beautiful restaurant (Vistamare) facing the wonderful Baia del Silenzio. I had the best sea-bass I’ve ever had in my life, with the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted. Actually, every single dish we had was just perfect. The owners Alessandro, his beautiful wife and Lorenzo; the other Alessandro, Ebi (sorry if misspelling), Massimo, Roberto, Igor, Gillo, the two lifeguards and all the others who not only gave us a wonderful time in Sestri Levante but also a new family, please always remember that now, you all have a new home in Switzerland.

Wish we had found this restaurant earlier. Staff were a perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. We went there two nights in a row which we never do. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was perfect and I never say that normally. Wish we weren't going home tonight or I'd be there again tonight.

Everything is perfect, from the location to the care of the spaces to the kindness and courtesy of the staff. Thank you very much, we spent 2 wonderful days.

Splendid, a lunch on the terrace overlooking the Bay of silence is worth the trip.

Very nice and elegant Hotel, beautiful view of the Bay of Silence. The veranda from which you can admire the bay and breakfast is wonderful. Impeccable service. Congratulations.

A lovely hotel in a great place.

A charming hotel in a fantastic hillside location on the bay of Baia del Silenzio. The name of the bay is justified, very quiet location and also only local traffic. Well-kept about 24 rooms, recommended the Junior Suite. The standard rooms are partly a bit winding but still pretty. Dreamy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay. Also recommended as a starting point for hikes through 5-Terre to La Spezia — within walking distance to the train station. Parking in garages in the city — shuttle service.

This is an amazing place. Hotel, staff 5 star location 5 star simply perfect. I need to mention they organised for us a private driver Luca to take us around Clinique Terre and wait for us to have lunch. Highly recommend excellent driver and good company. Loved this place and gave up pre paid accommodation to stay another day what more can I say.

Very nice hotel, rooms are a bit too small, but location is great and staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Why would you want to leave! Hotel Helvetia is warm and inviting in every way. This is a beautifully located boutique hotel that is meticulously cared for. The staff is so friendly and anticipates your every need. A cool drink poolside quietly shows up just as you realize you are thirsty. Now that's service! The terrace welcomed us back at the end of each day and we truly did not want to leave. (Thank you Michel for your hospitality. You are a gem! ) Can't wait to get back.
