Outstanding in every regard.

All very nice and food good, but you should urgently modernize the private elevator to the beach here! We got stuck and our emergency call ended in nowhere. … No one heard and the phone number in the elevator only led to an answering machine voice in Italian … A tourist then got the caretaker and he opened the door, luckily the elevator had stopped after only a few centimetres, otherwise we would have been trapped in it for hours … The cleanliness in the room is ok, but swiping the floor doesn't happen here often… At least in the stairwell there has been the same dirt for days. Here you need a breath of fresh air!

Very good hotel with a lovely view, great restaurant area and well decorated rooms. A tad expensive though, but worth the price.

A very nice hotel located in an old castle, with excellent views. It's a great beach. But everything could be even better if there was more variety for breakfast, now the complete absence of vegetables and the presence of at least a simple gym.

The hotel is very nice, stylish, but in recent years it is getting worse, especially it is scarce with food. At breakfast there is a very high assortment, but the landscape is very nice. The waiters are very nice and nice and are always courteous. I also like the idea that you can do weddings and there is a disco. I'm just saying take better care of the passage to the pool.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, have their own garden for walking and private beach (15 €/person). Breakfast is served:) Inside is very beautiful interior. There is free street parking, Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. The staff is very friendly and friendly. Stunning views of the sea or the scoring.

Certainly a beautiful 5 star hotel, however, has privatized the entire park which is accessible exclusively by guests of the hotel or restaurant.

Fairytale Hotel located in a real castle. Not really cheap but you have to take into account the price if you want to sleep in a castle with antique furniture: beautiful. Very good the Michelin restaurant that hosts inside. The staff was very helpful Great.

Fabulous Hotel. Rooms in antique style: All in wood, as in a real castle thing that was a time, and now used as a hotel. It also has a wonderful park where the swimming pool is located. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide: Very good, everything, both breakfast (buffet, rich in everything) and lunch (special dishes with local ingredients). Cost: One night with breakfast: €180 (weekend of April). Lunch: 2 starters with raw fish, 2 seconds and 2 cheese tastings, 2 water: €132

For the atmosphere, the view, the tranquility, the availability and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness… just going you can understand all the way, you can not imagine what it feels like to stay there.

A great hotel located in a wonderful place immersed in the nature of the peninsula Sestri Levante overlooking the east on the beautiful Bay of Silence and to the west on the beautiful Bay of fables in front of the promontory of Portofino.

Like him only very few… It's expensive… but it's really worth it… fabulous…

Excellent as a restaurant, but also just to take a drink. Breathtaking view over the Gulf of Sestri Levante.

Superb location with a park on a hill dominating the sea, yet very close to the town. Good restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. The park is a pleasure to walk in. They even have one of the locations that Marconi used for his early radio experiments.

Great experience at a wedding.

The rooms, the stairs, the common rooms in the main castle are fabulous.
The restaurant's "a la carte" dishes would be worth 2 Michelin macaroons.
The Quadrilingual service is equal to the other qualities.
We will go back.

The rooms were primo. Excellente! Dinner was to die for but the breakfast leaves something to be desired.

Great Location It seems to live a dream to the castles!

Amazingly beautiful castle on the Ligurian shores. Stunning buildings, historical site (Marconi did his radio experiments at the Marconi Tower on top of the hill), unique rooms, cool natural swimming pool at the bottom of the cliffs, Michelin class restaurant. Overall a place I would love spend another longer vacation.

Stayed here with my mum on our dream holiday. We were wanting to recreate the book/movie Enchanted April and it was most definitely an enchanted experience. Great location to explore the Italian Riviera. We particularly enjoyed traveling to Portofino to see Brown's Castle where the book and movie was set.

Room was plain, but nice and very clean. Restaurant was good, bar tender was helpful! Disappointed that you have to pay to use the beach of the hotel and that it is quite pricy.

Outstanding service, location and staff. Excellent, private gardens and cliff top walk; all just stunning. Service in the restaurant was also excellent. A stunning view across the bay from your table makes for a memorable occasion. The set meal was well thought out, fresh and mouthwatering enjoyable. For balance I thought breakfast was below the standard of the rest. Overall excellent.

I adore this hotel. The staff are so kind, organized, on top of things. Ecxellent food and a lovely, old world charm complete with secret passage, atmospheric gardens and its own private cove. Kudos!

What a pity! A great place that I had attended 10 years ago and I came back trusting in
made necessary improvements. Wanting to stay in the garden space is always modest because the biggest part is occupied by parking cars and passage of pickup trucks to supply the restaurant and more. And to think that there is a huge untapped beautiful park! Lacks a TV room.
The beach was and remained nice and cared for (but the lift needs more maintenance! )

Really disappointed with this hotel, I'd splashed out a bit, hoping for a bit of luxury as part of our trip, on which it completely failed to deliver. It was extremely poor value for money compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Liguria on our trip, and I am really regretting choosing it. Although the grounds and some bits of the interior of the hotel were quite grand as the name suggested, our room certainly wasn't. Particularly as I'd booked us a suite, I was hoping for something a bit special. I should have taken some pictures to illustrate — but the only adjective I can think of for it is "drab". For a start, I know it's just the way they do things in warmer countries like Italy, but for I just don't like tiled floors. They're cold, unwelcoming, the always seem dirty and are generally not nice to walk on with bare feet. If they can manage to have carpets at the better hotels in Monaco, then why not here? As for the rest of the decor, our "suite" comprised a funny little adjoining room with two decidedly naff tired old sofas, and some ugly faded cheap looking tapestries. The bed was very noisy, the slightest movement resulted in a cacophony of tired old springs. The shower head was plastic and cheap looking. The bathroom was overall kind of bare and had a rather bleak feeling to it. The amenities left a lot to be desired — pretty much just soap and shower gel, and cheap and basic versions thereof.
