Very nice hotel to stay at. Staff very helpful and courtious. Breakfast was plentyful, fresh and a good selection. Room was very clean, spacious. Free spa. Not much noise from busy road outside. Double glazed windows did the job. Would come again.

We stayed three days in Rapallo on holiday hotel guests. Wonderful wonderful hotel gorgeous with top amenities. As soon as we arrived we were very well received by the very friendly and very qualified staff. We immediately made the route in the two-hour spa. Clean rooms with every comfort. Lunch and breakfast plentiful.

Right at the center of the harbor in Rapallo. Friendly, helpful staff; reasonable priced; what more could you ask?

Great location, but 3 star Hotel as quality price, room was old, between door and floor are 5cm, so I had to put towel to cover the hole by the light and noise. There are no slippers and bathrobes. The cleanliness is very good but the reception is lacking. Especially Catherine, did not warn of the spa and the other services included, I knew from the other girl.

It's a beautiful hotel, it eats well. The service is impeccable, kindness and courtesy are not lacking. The hotel is on the sea side and you are fine both in winter and D summer. Whoever wants to come I'm sure won't be disappointed.

The staff was very helpful Great cleaning. Convenient for the centrality of the position. The bathrooms, for a 4 star, perhaps to be revised with regard to plumbing and sanitary. A note: Nutella and Yogurth were missing in the abundant breakfast buffet, but this is a subjective consideration. But this does not affect my positive evaluation of the structure. Recommended.

1 week booked, on the way with a cultural trip. Known from the beginning, a vegetarian at the table. Kitchen reacted inflexiblely to it. For example, 2 * mozzarella with tomatoes and 2 * ravioli (warmed up in the microwave) was served as dinner. The location of the hotel is close to the sea and the centre. The rooms would have to be refurbished.

Very nice staff, the spa is small but very pretty, the room was okay and the breakfast was European. If I were to go back to Rapallo I would choose this hotel again.

Very nice Spa however no one explaining the route, we found ourselves giving us advice and explanations on the route to other hotel guests who did not know how it worked.
It definitely increases the points thanks to the restaurant, besides the goodness of the dishes a welcoming and friendly staff that makes you feel at ease and pampered especially the maitre!

Nice hotel close to the sea. Own underground parking. Great breakfast buffet, quiet rooms, despite train and church bells. Spa is not worth the entrance.

I don't know how the hotel can get 4 stars. It is centrally unfortunately the windows are poorly insulated and it is very noisy. The bathroom is tiny and the faucet gives drips all night. The cleanliness is left to be desired and the parking lot costs €19 extra. For me it is not recommended.

I have not had the opportunity to book at this property as the owner of a coupon voucher in as the telephone operator of the hotel told me that they do not have availability for the next 730 days. Unless baskets the smartbox paid about 190 euros and you book through any other platform or personally. I wonder then, why the hotel is present in the list of available circuit smartbox? it seems to me a little serious, to say the least.

Under the guidance of a friend a month ago I did a weekend at this facility.
The hotel is wonderful and super cared for.
The spectacular room was Linda and fragrant.
There was nothing out of place and not a speck of dust.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
It was a very nice breakfast.
We also stopped one evening at dinner and I must say that even in that they did not sin of a comma.
Everything Super delicious.
I'll be back very soon from VOIIII.

Family stay: Eat very good but x there is the restaurant open lunch and dinner I would say smart to stay only X night and breakfast. Charging lunch and dinner aside! I would say ank at outrageous prices! Very kind professional waiters care about the helpful details courteous etc.
The hotel very much. Chic but the rooms are with modern furnishings but nn are a four star: no small details like kit slippers, triple rooms too small too hot without balconies. I think they should restore. Great walking location you can go anywhere drugstore shops local sea bars.

A nice and very clean hotel with cozy wellnes department. The hotel's restaurant has very good food and serving. Disturbing traffic may occur in certain days but not in the evening. The staff are super friendly!

Completely outdated hotel!
3 times the room changed and always the same, chairs fall apart, wallpaper detaches from the walls and the furniture just belongs on the bulky waste.
The whole hotel is also completely unclean.

In The hotel in June for a meeting of 100 People. There were no air conditioning. Bad experience.

As restaurant the food is really good, the waiters are nice and very gentle. The location is a bit formal, everything is extremely clean.

We stayed here with two small children. The staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was extensive and fresh, the location was great — virtually on the sea front, close to the castle and promenade — and the room was very nice. There is free Wi-Fi. There was a mini bar. The safe was easy to operate. We had fresh linen/towels every day and my only gripe would be the swimming-bath style hairdryer (if you have long hair, bring your own). We would definitely go back again.

We stayed at hotel Europa for dinner. We took a calamarata with sword fish and mussels while according to grilled swordfish. All very good, we'll be back.

Very clean and tidy hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good food and a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and lounge area complete the very good impression. There is a gym and a spa area. The Harbourside is in parallel across the street, the shopping street and the bus and train station is 5 minutes walk away. Clear recommendation for short breaks and longer holidays.

Very nice hotel on Centre of Rapallo. Offers cosy and very clean. There is a spa that must be booked separately. Dinner and breakfast included in half board are of a very good standard. It is not difficult to find attractive offers for stays at this steuttura.

We had a fabulous weechend in the company of good friends kitchen Good people working very nice.

The hotel was perfect. The rooms were perfectly clean and the people adorable!
