Good rooms, quite, full breakfast and friendly staff and centrally located. I would recommend. Only issue is shower is on the small size but not as small as others in Italy.

Located in the historic center of La Spezia, just few minutes from the station and the shopping streets. Modern rooms, excellent breakfast and buffet aperitif overlooking the walls of the Castle of San Giorgio. Must try.

Great breakfast, loved the cappucinos each morning. Hard working and helpful staff… but yet another leaky Italian shower…

No AC cooling with noisy broken AC fan Even with 16 degree the room was hot They sent the engineer to reported normal and functions well I asked the
Manager Vito to come he also agreed with the supposed to be engineers and blamed us not to tolerate such a degree and noises. By saying we Italian accept that Nothing wrong name of the manager Vito Cannaz. Thiis happen on Tuesday to 17 to 20 August 2018 I informed police about this. —-;

Lovely hotel but my God are the showers small. They will lose lots of repeat business if they don't sort them out. I would not stay here again until they do.

Good hotel for city trip and up along the beach. In walking distance to the train station down along the main street.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big, shower and toilet is great… But the bed is VERY SMALL, we bearly fit me and my wife, booth small size body… Only 2 little pillows, very rough bed… Breakfast is good… Expensive but in a great location, 10 minutes from the train station.

Really enjoyed my stay at CDH. Staff is extra nice and the rooms are super clean. It is also well positioned in town so you can walk from downtown to the hotel in 5min or less. (Just use the elevator at the ground floor). I also had a room service diner and I would say that I was impress by the quality of the meal I had. I would go back.

It shows 4, but it's more like 3 and 4.
The rooms are well equipped and clean.
The staff are helpful and speak English and French.
It is well located, close to the harbour, lively neighborhoods and 20 minutes walk from the train station.
A small complaint nevertheless: the only elevator of incredible slowness … when it is not broken.
A few parking spaces in front of the hotel but you have to be quick to have one (alternative: the parking at 10 euros located 100 meters).
The breakfast buffet is "acceptable. "

Hotel in the city center convenient to reach area restaurants on foot, less for the car; There is a garage but it is a fee. If you are lucky you can park front entrance free. Classic Breakfast, service OK, courteous staff. Some rooms have a beautiful view.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good, room (Jr. Suite 605) was just great but the hotel has no views but location was really good.

A hotel with a very good location, the attention 10 points. Walking distance from the central pedestrian, also a few blocks walk from the train station, makes it much easier to get to know Cinque Terre.

The hotel was built in the 70s, hence the problems with noise insulation and tiny size of bathrooms, all the equipment of the rooms is also old, but in working condition, one lift and very slow. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous and professional. Breakfast is disgusting.

Location of the Hotel excellent (a 10 ' walk from the central station), very good continental lunch and clean room. Maybe the only downside is that the shower was very small and the heating system was general.

Very correct, but the parking lot, announced at 100 meters, is before the hotel, and it takes 2 km 400 to reach it.

Hotel strategically located in 2 locations of La Spezia I liked it.

Fashionable, well maintained hotel in the heart of downtown La Spezia. The rooms are small, but typical by European standards.

Good and clean hotel in a perfect location in the middle of the pedestrian zone of La Spezia. Very nice service-also in German! The breakfast buffet is monotonous after several days for the German palate, but it is known as an Italian vacationer. Clear recommendation for holiday or business in La Spezia.

Excellent strategic position. It is about ten minutes walk from the central railway station, right in the city center, historical and shopping district and a five minutes walk from the famous museums like world famous Amedeo Lia museum and the naval Museum, right to it's entrance you get access to the funicular to the castle and archaeological museum for a breath talking city bird's eye view. It has excellent quality clean and well kept rooms, very professional personnel, very good and abundant breakfast and access to a few parking right in front and secured underground parking (albeit about 100 mts from the main hotel body and extra cost), open all year long and with all amenities like Wi-Fi ecc. I have been using them for quite a while and I recommend it very very much, especially a must if you want visit in La Spezia city for vacation, trip to 5 Terre or business downtown.

Hotel has two entrances. There's one that's convenient for cars and within walking distance of the train station, and one in the pedestrian only area. Great location.

The mediocre beds and the room located under the bar… very poorly soundproof! We could hear the chair moving and people talking.

I loved this hotel. The service was very professional and curteous, the room was beautiful, spacious and very clean, and for the price that we paid, I thought it was very reasonable. I wish that I could have stayed two days here — because it was worth the cost. We paid 70 Euro for one day's stay here, and the accommodation was terrific. The bed was very, very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious and inviting. I very much would recommond staying here — but the only problem I had with it was the location. It's not exactly near the train station, not in the nicest part of La Spezia, and you have to walk up a couple of very steep hills to get to the establishment. However, it's worth it once you are there. The night before I'd stayed at a "cheap" residence, which was only 15 euro less, and hardly even compares to the style and elegance that this hotel held. If you have to stay somewhere in town — stay here! By all means! I would definitely recommend this place above others.

I loved the location, the attention, those afternoon snacks in the lobby, the boy who served him so attentive, a special mention for him! I will return to this hotel the La Spezia!

Staff were wonderful. Bed the best we've had so far (thank heaven for 2 good night's sleep). Shower is tiny for skinny midgets and water pressure is a dribble. Our room had a view of alley and graffiti. I would think upper floors might be better. Suggest using stairs as lift is the slowest we have experienced.

Ideal location for Shopping and access to public transport. Breakfast full but bathroom really too small and room price high.

Not the easiest walk from the station however the hotel Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and bathroom large but a little dated — although everything worked perfectly well. A little impersonal compared to other hotels on our trip.

Nice, new. But no sound proofing. You will hear ever door closing, every conversation. And forget showering if you weigh more than 190 pounds. Our shower was a tiny square. Beds are hard. But pretty standard for most of the beds we stayed in during this trip.

Downtown Hotel. Pretty uncomfortable parking. Decent rooms with all the services of a 4-star hotel. Shower so so very tiny. Breakfast assorted But you do not have the perception that quality is particularly sought after. Overall sufficient and still value for money correct.

Good hotel, close to train station.

Excellent service and position in downtown, close to shopping and museums and easily reachable by train as well as auto. Very well kept, clean and well appointed rooms. It is also very quiet and relaxing. Excellent breakfast. Parking is either in the underground parking 50mts before the entrance or in the hotel front entrance where there are few spaces. Very curteous and efficient staff. Very close to the archaeology museum castle which has a spectacular view and to the exceptional Museo Lia picture gallery and shopping areas in historical downtown. It is also in walking distance of the central railway station. Very good place to stay to relax and visit La Spezia and Cinqueterre. I recommend it very greatly.

Great location, big clean room on the lower floor. Staff were above excellent while we were there as 24h service. Breakfast decent. Would stay here again.

Rooms very nice and comfortable, too bad he went there to work and not being able to have enjoyed the convenience as they deserved. The staff … What more can you ask for?

Clean and reasonable, but NEVER accept a room in the 5th floor: too much noise from restaurant and lobby. You just can't sleep after 7am our when a large group arrives.

MyHotels La Spezia is a clean and very friendly Hotel. It has ample free parking and is surrounded by excellant restaurants. It's close proximity to public transit makes it a great jump off point to Portovenere & Cique Terre (which are tricky to access with personal vehicles).
