Friendly staff, rooms very comfortable. We stayed in a prestige room: fantastic, lots of accessories toiletries available including the coffee machine with nespresso capsules free of charge, kettle cin selection of drinks and all of the contents of the mini bar included.

The bathroom was quite dirty. A lot of hairs all over the place. The breakfast was ok, but not for a 4* hotel. A perfect example of a gap between the aspirations of a hotel and the reality they offer.

I was amazed how much value for the money this hotel offers. It was very nice experience.

I spent 5 days in this convenient and modern hotel for a business course. All modern clean and rational. Parking very wide in an outdoor environment with trees that revolves around the hotel following the floors of the same. It is easily accessible by car, adjacent to GE Bolzaneto's motorway tollbooth, as well as by public transport. Drive in 10 minutes you're downtown. Featuring every comfort. Wi-Fi in every Dell hotel area. Air conditioning used rationally and not in model zones passes from desert to pole every time you change the environment. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Everything is perfect. Only note I could not drink a coffee to my liking, needless to say that drink it "restricted" are used to with many non-Italian tourists and the best obtained was a half cup…

Nice room, well appointed bathroom, easy on site parking, excellent breakfast. Could do with a “light bite” menu offering snacks in the evening (we arrived mid evening and did not want a full dinner, but did not see anything else available). Restaurant could do with a makeover — it’s a bit time expired in terms of its decor. That said, we would very happily stay there again. Staff all pleasant and keen to assist.

Stopover in Genoa for a night with very early departure, so no breakfast…
Backed from the coast, and not easy to reach, it remains relatively close to the ferry terminals for Corsica and Sardinia, but beware of departure times and traffic jams! It has parking at the back of the hotel (a plus considering the location).
Home smiling and polite.
The room is decent and clean, comfortable but in the "old" style. Bathroom a little small and more to the taste of the day. Litter OK.
Small terrace pleasant for the aperitif and pass the trip by car.
Restaurant inside very good (pasta, lamb odds…! ) and nice service.
All in all if you are visiting Genoa this hotel is OK.

Tiny but clean rooms. Breakfast is actually pretty good and it's right in the centre of everything. Staff are helpful and you can sit outside the pub and then dash back to the hotel for the loo. Found the groups of people that badger you to buy stuff a bit off-putting.

Nice hotel, very well run, clean ordered with nice open spaces. I have a very comfortable parking lot above and in front. Smiling staff available. It is eaten discreetly and has beautiful meeting rooms very comfortable and well air-conditioned. The location is not really Central to Genoa nor in a charming place, but all in all we are 2 minutes from the first tollbooth of the highway and then you reach the center with a relative comfort. Absolutely to recommend.

Outstanding post… The hotel is really excellent… The restaurant does not excels in the dishes compared to the restaurant, but very convenient because attached to the hotel. Large parking lot in the back and friendly staff…

Thanks Mercure Hotel I booked this hotel on day 15 after reading the reviews.
Then I contacted the same for some clarification on his position, as I know the area very well, a lady/ina very courteous gave me the information I needed always with the utmost courtesy.
Reached the Hotel on the chosen day I was given the room and I was thrilled my family and I.
Very large bed and the bed of the little girl very comfortable.
In the reservation there was the option of a quiet room and so it was.
Very clean room both in the bathroom and inside the furniture.
Everything in order and I repeat clean.
For two nights booked we were always cleaned the room every morning and the change of the bathroom accessories always new.
It doesn't happen often in other structures.
At least me.
At the time of payment no surprise but only the agreed.
I would like to thank you for everything we were from God.

It features two conference rooms and a fully equipped gym.
Very large free parking, free Wi-Fi, and so much relaxation. Besides the restaurant inside. But this will be subject to review apart.

It didn't go as you say!
I made a reservation, 3 nights in a double room with breakfast included, prepayment 20 days before the stay. After check-in I note that in the room there was a continuous noise in the ventilation duct despite the air conditioning was off. I was answered that they would have proceeded immediately. On returning from dinner around 22 the problem persists, my new request to solve the problem I was answered with a disarming fatalism that could not do anything and not being able to replace the room, since the hotel was full would Fixed the next morning.
After a night in white, around 06 I go to the reception and I reiterate the problem, I am offered a room on the second floor, I ask to check the noise and I discover that she is noisy as the first, I propose another on the first floor also this noisy Regardless of the ignition of the electric current in the room.
Ridiculous I propose a third room noisier than the others.
I have a doubt. Do I have a super hearing?
I pack my bags and I'm disappointed and amused by the motto of the hotel that has married a procedure for customer satisfaction.

Very helpful and professional Staff. Kitchen not up to par, last night I took a fish salad accompanied with cherry tomatoes, the fish was rubbery and was warmed to the micro waves together with the raw cherry tomatoes (unforgivable), the grilled sea bass seemed fried. My spacious and bright room had the dirty bedside tables and the dusty desk. The gym on the other hand is very well equipped.

I stay here for only one night. Not a bad hotel, but not a really good one. Friendly staff and check-in check-out operations went smoothly, but still something is missing.

A great hotel with very large and spacious, tidy and comfortable rooms. However during my stay I found problems with the ventilation system of the room, not working. However, it is a very quiet and fine hotel and the price is honest. I highly recommend it for those who were to spend more days in Genoa and were looking for a great place to rest.

Hotel very nice and modern. Parking is available above the hotel or directly in front of the hotel. Parking spaces are free of charge. A shopping centre is 300m away.

Really friendly staff, clean rooms with a small fridge and a safe. It is situated among the mountains so beautiful view. It is really far off the city center so not for those who like the crowd and noise of the city. Breakfast was also great.

The room was large, well maintained and clean, with a comfortable bed. The front desk was incredibly helpful and responsive to emails before the stay. The restaurant is a little pricey, but service and food are good.

For a four star hotel, I will give it more than a 3 star. Small room and bathroom too standard… and so for the first time, the price is very expensive for what it offers. I imagine that when you pay for a service, the price must equal the service off this is not at all the case… Just don't be surprised when you arrive.

Went for a meeting. The preparation of the room was good and also the buffet. We had a drink in the evening before going away, nice location, we had a not good service because who was at the bar could not because it was on break and had to dine!

The experience lived in my case was not at all to the height of my expectations especially given the cost sustained. The rooms are not very comfortable. Too bad.
Nevertheless, I will be convinced that the report made them to improve.

Very nice Hotel that fully respects the standards of the chain. It's a huge facility, and a quick look at the breakfast room makes figuring out how many guests can get to hold. Large room, clean and with a complete set of Acceasori for the bathroom. Breakfast huge. Good location given the scarcity of space of Genoa, decentralized but comfortable for both tourism and business. Ample parking.

Hotel with nice rooms, spacious room and a large bed. Clean room. On the other hand, we ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening, it was just horrible as food! We couldn't eat our food. For a 4 star hotel, it's shameful to serve such a low-end food.

Nice place, well organized inside and out. Non-alcoholic non-alcoholic aperitif that good but I loved it. Refreshments good and well served. The first (trofie al pesto) a little less. But on the whole it was a very nice evening.

The nearest hotel to IIT is nice :). Nice and clean rooms, good Wi-Fi, and incredible breakfast. The restaurant crew give us some salad to dinner even when it was already closed :)

Clean, stylish, functional. Prices in line with the type. Great for business because its location is in the middle of the industrial heart of Genoa. Less for a tourist because the location is on the edge of town.

Hotel ideally located for passenger cars. The rooms are very well equipped for Mercure, great furniture and parket, not quite new but, like the bathrooms. Good access to the parking lot. No garage.

A good Hotel, the facilities are new and well maintained. In winter is to review the exterior, to care a little more green. For a 4 star Hotel Wi-Fi should be free and no fee of 7 € per day, provide at least a band of a couple of hours per day free.

This is a modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Our room was large and clean, with a good daily room service. Breakfast offers a variety of items, including eggs and bacon. The hotel has a large parking lot, most likely large enough for all guests. Nevertheless, staff is quite unfriendly: most people working there seem cold and distant, as if they were there not to serve you but to be not disturbed. Moreover, the hotel is quite distant from Genova's downtown, being an option only if you drive a car and are willing to drive in jammed streets to reach the city center.
