Great location, very clean, good and varied continental breakfast, helpful and friendly staff.

Some bedrooms are not as good as they are old. But they are all clean and the staff is very kind, helpfull and friendly.

It's a decent budget hotel just around the corner of the Genova Principe station close to lots of eateries. It served us well that it was also close to the Volabus coach that carries passengers to the main airport. The sound proofing in the rooms isn't the best but the rooms have a vintage charm. The receptionist was very helpful too. Breakfast is decent for what we paid. All in all a good place for the budget traveller.

Posizione comodissima per vicinanza alla stazione. La struttura è bella e tradizionale, all'interno di un palazzo storico… il design è classico. Personale preciso e piacevole. Camera pulitissima, ampie finestre, bagno grande con tutti I normali comfort (vasca classica con doccia a tenda, una "perla retró"). Wi-Fi scattante e televisione buona. Letto comodo e mobili nuovi, moderni. Colazione buffet buona e completa. Prezzo ottimissimo. Ci ritorno sempre :)

It is the third time that we come to coincide with the Euroflora and we always return here for the family hospitality, the kindness, the cleanliness, the abundant breakfast (and with a lot of variety) and the comfortable position.
The property is a well placed complex in the city context, on several levels, but with the elevators you don't feel the inconvenience. Even if the structure is dated, you can see very well that is managed with care, which are carried out frequently the maintenance and the rooms have been modernized.
Although in the central area (on the corner of Piazza Principe), close to the station, buses, restaurants, pharmacy, small shops, a few steps from the port, is very quiet and rests well.
When we come to Genoa always return very willingly and who writes is a practical person of the city, who lived there for years. Good!

Quiet and cheap hotel. The building is old but every room is very clean and Wi-Fi is available. The staff is expert and courteous.

A very charming modest hotel, but the rooms are very small.

Excellent attention, they shared with us a lot of the history of the hotel, of the war, of the city. It may not be a nice hotel aesthetically but if full to history and different.

The milk for the cereal was the thing that got me sick and the coffee machine that makes different types of coffee with cream. I went there on may 19 for two nights and to this day I contracted a bug that wont go away. Even with antibiotics. I would not go back to that hotel. The service was very good and the hotel was very clean. But getting sick is the worst.

Very very dated inside and out but staff were wonderfully helpful and polite. No coffee facilities in rooms or bottled water or even hot drinks dispenser in the foyer.

The hotel staff was very sweet and hospitable, especially the gentleman at the reception desk. He was always smiling and kind. We also loved our suite with the ocean views and spacious interior. All in all, a unique and memorable stay in Genova!

I was a guest of the hotel from 27 to 29 June, we are a big family and, for the first time, I had no problems for spaces: the Manager gave us a very wide! very thorough cleaning and there has been a lot of attention to our needs. A friendly and welcoming like no other.

Hotel very well located to visit the city on foot. Simple and spacious room, without looking stylish, but sleep quiet thanks to the position off the street. Breakfast: good. Service: good. You can park your car without problem in the area.
