Hotel by the sea with relaxing pool, cleanliness, great food and all excellent staff… There are excellent paintings and sculptures of value, sunny summer veranda from where you can admire the historic country Ria… Great.

Clean, well-groomed, friendly and helpful, hearty and well-sorted breakfast but also compliments to the chef. Definitely recommended to those who want to spend a week of real relaxation.

This is a excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The view from my window was out ot this world, as my mother said "I did'nt know I would be in paritdice. The hotel has a cozy environment, great location, spectackular view and excellent choose of food. The rooms are lovly lots of space, very clean and tidy.

Myself and my wife got married and had our reception in this Hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough when myself and my wife were panicking about the fine details we felt as if Antonio was a little too relaxed but to say he had it under control was an under statement. Not one thing was out of place on the day or the day after. Made us feel welcome and every request was handled swiftly and efficiently without any fuss what so ever. Looked after all our guests and made our special day even more special. To Antonio and the staff of Hotel Della Baia thank you for your professionalism and great work. We really appreciate everything that you have done and we will see you again soon.

This place is great. When contacting the hotel you may need a little extra patients and persistence but trust me it is worth it. The rooms are clean and comfortable with stunning views. The food was amazing. The staff were very nice and couldn't do any more for us. I stayed here for a week and had my wedding reception here during this time. I worked alot with Antonio and Giovanni and they were just fantastic. Thanks guys you made it the most memorable time.

Great location you're on the boardwalk but in a quiet area you get great quality dinner I was expecting something more at breakfast.

Elegant and cozy rooms. Excellent services, even in the restaurant room. Art inside and view of the Bay of Le Grazie in a very quiet area. Absolutely to try the restaurant service: one of the few in the area with a contemporary cuisine but without moving away from the regional tradition, with a result of excellent quality. Ideal environments for singles and couples or for families with well behaved children.

Very nice people. Almost inside village. By bus you can reach Porto Venere or La Spezia. Suitable for families, in the village, not far, there is a playground for toddlers.

Good hotel, good value about 4 km from the main town.

Location is very quiet and away from the crowd in Portovenere which you you can reach in 5 minutes by car or bus, 1 hour on foot or even by e-bike (which the hotel makes available to you). The hotel is furnished with art pieces and the rooms are well maintained and pleasant. Breakfast not particularly nice but decent.

Great experience from staff to the kitchen to the tranquility of the place. As in all localities (5 terre) aside from monterosso, there is the beach. Tip: rent a motor boat by Alessio and with him visit the Islands and beaches along the coast.

There is unfortunately not an option for a zero star so I have to give these guys 1. We travelled all the way from Switzerland and could have stayed anywhere near Cinque Terre but we picked this hotel because of their good internet presence and self-promoted top restaurant. We asked the front desk if we needed reservations and he replied "not for tonight. " Well it turns out, they were pretty busy and pretty full in the patio area by 9 pm. The restaurant has a Michelin rating, but the sign doesn't say how many stars, and that's the first sign. There was no host to seat us. Even iHop has a host. We stood in the middle of the restaurant for over 15 minutes waiting to be served. We asked multiple waiters if we could be seated but not only would they try to avoid eye contact, they were physically pushing us out of the way. It was pretty clear they did not want to serve us. I personally asked one of the waiters if we could be seated as there were 2 empty tables and he replied "Just wait a few minutes. " Since this is not my first time eating at a restaurant, I could not tolerate being insulted and did not feel like eating there. Mind you, our group was 3 people, there were 2 open tables in the patio, and all the seats were open in the inside. From the looks of it, the food was pretty well presented even though a few customers were complaining about their order. But as everyone in the food business knows, the front end of the kitchen is much harder to operate.
