My fiancee and I stayed here for 2 nights in July. The Cinque Terre was wonderful and Stella della Marina was a great place to stay! Gabrielle, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and memorable! From bringing our bags up to the room to recommending restaurants and things to do. He even left a small breakfast in our room the night before our early check-out. The location is perfect in old town. Everything is walking distance it was wonderful to have such a convenient location. A nice breakfast is served on the rooftop in the morning.
Gabriele, the owner, is the best and nicest guy. Will give you good tips for what to do and where to go in Monterosso and Cinque Terre in general. Super friendly and very responsive, he runs the place almost singlehandedly. We had a room with a view of the sea and our own balcony (! ) for a very reasonable price, especially when compared with other hotels in Monterosso, with breakfast included. Modern and clean accommodations with a nice traditional touch, it's located in the "old" part of town next the town square, a very quick walk to the beach, and also right near the beginning of the hiking trail to the other towns of Cinque Terre. Highly recommend staying here!
