Wonderful! We visited during the off season and the service was fantastic. It snowed in Rome on the day were we traveled to Monterosso so we were late getting in. Andrea waited on us to arrive. And it snowed on the day we left and Andrea called to be sure were were able to catch our train back to Rome. The room was small but well appointed, we had coffee pot, TV and great Wi-Fi. Andrea also was great at giving us directions and recommending places to eat (some places were not open due to off-season). Would most definitely recommend.
Albergo eccezionale! Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso la struttura. La camera e il servizio sono stati impeccabili. Tranquillità, pulizia ed estrema cordialità e disponibilità del titolare Andrea che, non solo ci ha consigliato luoghi da visitare in città e locali dove mangiare ma ci ha permesso anche di lasciare le valige dopo il check out della camera. Consigliatissimo!

We stayed at Albergo Al Carugio for two nights whilst travelling around Italy, and so far this is the best service we have received, not only did Andrea greet us knowing our names before we landed (nice touch) he made us feel very welcome, his knowledge of the local area Restaurants, Shops & Services was really helpful including the advice he gave us for the Cinque Terre hike saving us time and money. We could not fault our stay here and would not hesitate to return. Sven & Jessica.
