The staff, especially the owner Barbara, receives high praise for exceptional kindness, hospitality, and thoughtfulness. Guests feel right at home thanks to the attentiveness and willingness to help. In particular, one review mentions an instance where the host agreed to move breakfast thirty minutes earlier to accommodate the guests' needs.

Breakfast is described by most guests as excellent, delicious, and varied, featuring both sweet and savory options. Homemade cakes, pancakes, and high-quality niche products are especially highlighted. However, there is also a negative review describing the breakfast as "like in a two-star hotel" due to the use of packaged products, reheated focaccia, and the absence of freshly squeezed juice or eggs.

Guest opinions are divided. Many describe the rooms as modern, elegant, very clean, and comfortable, with comfortable beds. Another guest, on the contrary, found the room plain and dated, noting yellowed wardrobe doors. Additionally, one visitor recommended improving the comfort of the mattresses and pillows, while another complained of dampness and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom of the "Pineta" room.

The rooms feature terraces. Guests note that the windows offer a beautiful sea view, and the property itself is surrounded by nature and hills.

Most guests rate the cleanliness as immaculate, noting the meticulous maintenance of the rooms and the surrounding grounds. The garden is described as very well-kept. However, one review mentions an overgrown, "wild" section of the garden with a faux plastic-leaf fence and dried-up plants.

Yes, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and safes, ensuring comfort and the security of guests' belongings.

There is a small pool on the grounds, which guests describe as "cool" and relaxing. Most consider it clean and ideal for relaxing on hot days. Nevertheless, one guest felt it was too small, calling it a "puddle" where you cannot even swim a single lap.

The property boasts an atmosphere of absolute tranquility, peace, and relaxation. It is described as a "little paradise" and a "gem of elegance," where one can unwind from the city bustle surrounded by nature.

One guest reported a serious issue: salty tap water, which made it impossible to properly wash hair or take a shower. According to the visitor, this is a municipal water supply issue throughout the town; however, they criticized the management for not warning them about it in advance upon booking.
