I went to this place with a schoolgirl. Seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor I had already figured out how things would be and in fact it was. The rooms are certainly very large, but they are very dirty and kept very badly, even the beds are made very bad.
Poorly functioning televisions and old-fashioned radiators such as The Walls, completely to be redone. Non-functioning gas cooker and oversized water pressure.
The restaurant is similar to a school canteen and breakfast is certainly rich but not 4-star. Another unfavorable point are the teaspoons and cups totally plastic, which a 4-star hotel can not afford, even if it is a residence.
Quite indifferent staff, especially with regard to the alarm clock, despite having asked for it, no one woke us up.
The common areas aren't bad, but the rooms are really terrible, plus the Wi-Fi costs. 5 per day.
Hotel often frequented by very large groups, if you do not love the confusion you should not stay overnight here.
What about a beautiful hotel of the 70s, abandoned in this way since the 70s, especially for the dust.
A place that deserves 2 stars instead of 4, I can't figure out who gave it to him. On the other hand The low prices prove the quality, but if you want to spend little a hostel is much better.
If you go to Rome, regardless of whether you are a single citizen or organizer, choose another place.

Really should have gotten the rooms for us when we arrived, we where even late… Misery… I specially liked the pool part, though we realized that you only started to fill it AFTER THE SECOND DAY, WITH A GARDENING HOSE! No worst hotel…

The hotel is old, which is clearly visible in the room. But, the park on the territory, the large balcony in the room, the staff who respond to requests to help book a tour, the proximity to the subway — level the disadvantages. Ok!

Friendly staff, the Metro is 10-15min from the hotel.
The carpet in the room is not very clean, we found hair in our bed, there were traces of mold in the bathroom, the soundproofing is non-existent. There is actually a swimming pool but that was in repair during our stay… We haven't been informed. Breakfast is poor. I do not understand why this hotel is a 4 star…

Very bad Room Old furniture and everything broken… Very small staff And for orthopedic network a rudimentary wooden table is presented. Bathrooms with broken and ancient…

Only good thing about the hotel is that it is in the center.
Then the rooms with ugly and antique décor The rooms full of dust especially the furniture and the Moquet the food is inedible and the staff is not very friendly.
I do not recommend it to those who one day should go.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a "Level 3 — Red" heat wave in the summer where temperatures were consistently over 40 degrees Celsius. With that being considered, the A/C in the rooms was always working and I never had trouble sleeping, and there were plenty of shaded spots on the hotel property that you could sit at during the day. The 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Cornelia) through was a bit of a beast though. The room was very clean, then bed was not too bad and there was a lot of space in the room. The bathroom however was not my favourite, but I am used to larger Western style showers and this one was quite small. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating and spoke perfect English. We ate breakfast and supper at the hotel each night and the food was very good. Actually there was a really great selection of breakfast items each day. While the property of the hotel is very nice and well maintained, the area around the hotel is not that exciting and not very close to anything. Like I said the metro station was a 15 minute walk down a really really narrow sidewalk on Via Aurelia. So if you aren't looking to stay in the heart of Rome, and want a quiet place to stay for a good price, this place is for you.

The rooms are amazing and the service is great is highly recommended and very good, but would not recommend eating in the restaurant, me and other 50 people who stayed no one we liked the dinner of the five days, very good looking but very bad taste, the breakfast is decent and the rest is great.

Service at this hotel is excellent. It is a simple hotel, clean and it has what you need if you are not planning to stay on site very much. There is a coffee lounge and a nice restaurant. Breakfast is very good. About a 10 minute walk from the metro that will take you to all or close to all major sites. Close to mini market and bus stop.

Not bad place with prices all in all acceptable given the location. I found the room where I stayed for 2 days nice and comfortable, the staff polite and helpful. In the negatives the evening food that I think is not entirely excellent but eatable quietly, the first evening I was served the rice with radicchio which had almost no flavor and the second evening of pork uncooked excellently. In my room there was a bathtub which is not usable cause hot water available not enough to fill it properly, which brought problems then to the continuation of the bathroom.

Weird people on my balcony+broken button door douche, beside that great.

We had lunch at a cost of €25 per person taking a first second with side dish including appetizer and drinks. The service was very friendly but slow enough and for the price of €25 maybe I would have expected one more course.

Hotel of which the 4 stars are very questionable: the rooms are discreet even if not perfectly kept. There is dust and stains of dubious provenance on the floors. The bathroom is small, and the sanitary ware very worn and not perfectly clean.
Also the boiler after the second day stopped working.
The biggest sin unfortunately is the food, most of the time tasteless and shoddy for certain traits. The value for money in the bar is not present.
I don't recommend it.

Good hotel for group stays. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Residence Hotel in a good position on the Via Aurelia. Apartments with kitchen and living room; Furnishing that shows all the years it has. The bathroom was very small.

Large room, but neither heating nor air, does not look like a four star.

The hotel is about 2-3 km away from the Vatican. The rooms are cosy and have a balcony. The breakfast was also good. There is a coop nearby.

Hotel very clean… airy… with a nice park… swimming pool… big parking… Well run… The prices are good because it is very close to the Vatican and the center… with a few bus stops you get there.

We bought an apartment in this very nice residence; New and aesthetically cute structures with lots of green space.

Not far from the subway station, friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, spacious rooms.

Nice place, too bad for the water that just came cold.

Love Rome but make sure you ask for a RENOVATED room because the old ones have faded carpets and beat up walls… the rooms are also not cleaned during the majority of days, our bathroom was never cleaned nor was our room ever vaccuumed, great pool tho! there was mold in our shower & they need more options for breakfast (maybe some fresh ones)

In our case this property had very good location very close to the company we had meeting with, so it was close and fast to get there. Property is guarded and guests are checked at the ramp of the site. On site there is big space for parking, not only for cars but as well for bigger vehicles and buses. Staff was very professional, english speeking and helpful — especially guys on the reception. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms are very spacious, with small kitchen (more like an appartmant than a hotel room) Breakfast is average, could be better if some hot food would be served. Nice view form the 2 balconies we had in our room. This property is not super new and modern however it's well mantained. Elevators are small and old, so you don't feel 100% safe inside (but this is subject to everyones feeling) Room was not very clean, especially under the beds. You could feel there is a lot of dust in the room and walls were dirty — but all those are just details. Brekfast could be better if some warm food would be served, it's average.

We had the best stay at parco tirreno. The room was huge, the pool was fantastic the bar had good priced drinks and the staff were so incredibly nice, especially Maurizio Mazzitelli, he made our stay especially special with his singing and dancing along with his jokes. We travelled all over Europe and this was the best accomodation aswell as being the cheapest. We look forward to the next time we stay here. Nothing bad to say at all.

Very nice rooms, super friendly, English speaking staff.

No one has remembered his family, right? Well, I've already remembered for everyone. They are wretches who want nothing more than to keep the bail, there is a lot of humidity in the rooms, do not change the towels or sheets, the sheets you find stained with semen and blood. There's gargajos on the roof. The owners of the hotel are very unpleasant.

Caught for cheap on Promovacances for the price it was quite acceptable, fridge in the room, breakfast is varied enough, not lunch on site.

Very good Hotel for short stays in Rome, the metro is just a few minutes walk away and from there you can reach the Center. Clean, spacious balconies with nice view. Excellent and plentiful dinner.

Rooms are a little dated but large with balconies. Nice quiet area near supermarket. Great staff good food. Nice spacious grounds.

Staff is friendly. So friendly in fact that one of the front desk staff Simona, helped me after I got pickpocketed. She accepted me into the hotel when all my credit cards, atm, cash were stolen. Then she gave me 50 euros for food, someone she never met before. While I placed calls in the US to replace the stolen cards, she helped me step by step; (1) cancel the credit cards (2) report the incident to the police (3) drink some water (4) take this money for food… Because of Simona, I will recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rome. And watch out for women with babies — they're gypsy and are staring at your pockets & purses. Metro station Cornelia is short 10 minute walk away. Mille pizza e. With great fast pizza is short 5 minute walk away. A chapel is 6 minutes away.

I say: a 3 star not 4 absolutely the shower someone made her cold and complained to the front desk which shouldn't exist in a 4 star hotel good food (except meat) breakfast I mean very good but if I had to give a rating to this hotel 3 stars not 4 there is the Spa in a hotel of 4 stars Oh no I didn't like because showers were small I've enjoyed it even television was wrong with all channels except RAI1 showers of improvement and slept pretty well.

Slightly outdated but well located in a quieter part of Rome.

I was very good at this hotel and I'll come back like last year the weekend of Palm trees really great service, friendly staff despite coming with a class of schoolchildren who forgot the keys in the room. Them with much kindness they opened at all …

This hotel is horrible. Bathrooms are moldy, walls dirty, wall paper coming of the walls and old rugs coming up. On top that, it is not located in a safe or Convenient part of town. Locals say it is not safe to leave the hotel at night. Do not stay here at this hotel.

Great experience. I traveled with a group where there were also disabled. The courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff is extreme. The guest rooms are spacious and clean. I read dirty mattresses, 30 years and uncomfortable. On the contrary: you sleep fine. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Very tasty meals.
I recommend it for all groups, especially those who wish to stay near St Peter's square.

Pleasant. You can stay in apartments equipped with electric cooker, fridge, dining area, sitting area with sofa and a night. Elegant décor. The bathrooms and meals are cheesy for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was the last property on our Cosmos tour and they saved the worst for last. If you are up to it, you are close enough to walk to Vatican City because it's basically one road all the way. It's a quiet private location, but the hotel needs some updating and cleaning up. We had a very large room with a kitchen stove and refrig but they were in rough shape. The fridge didn't even work and the stove looked like it wasn't working as well. The furniture and walls in the room were scuffed up or had chunks of wood out of them and it looked liked the floors hadn't been vacuumed until after we arrived. We had a balcony but there were cigarette butts everywhere that hadn't been cleaned up. The shower was small but you had to step down about 12 in. To the floor and with no grab bars I felt a bit at risk from a possible fall. Breakfast was typical Continental style and okay. We found two nice restaurants a few blocks away. The hotel had Wi-Fi but they required 10 Euro per day for that convenience. If you aren't fussy then this hotel is okay to just lay your head.

Lets start with the good, decently sized rooms. The bad, everything else. Our rooms were disgusting. There was hair on the shelves of our bathroom. My bedsheets had a sq foot brown stain in the middle. Both pull out beds had broken metal parts. Best of all everything costs money. 5 euro for 3 hours of internet, and 10 euro per person per day to use the swimming pool. Furniture and hardware in the rooms were extremely outdated and the room's deadbolt was broken. I had to spend 3 days in this hell hole and would not wish this accommodation on my worst enemy. I came to Rome to see the ruins, not to stay in them.

I stayed there last year and I'm going to come back, warm and refined, well kept and clean, staff friendly and helpful.
Going back every time I'm in Rome!
