Owner is good, nice location, but it took lots of time to search the place. They should clearly mentioned the address.

Nice Rooms clean and with very friendly staff. Too Bad for the size of the room too small to accommodate 2 people with 2 suitcases.

Be careful when Booking! It is a Guest House without a reception, where you can only check in at an Additional Cost and only until 11Pm at the latest! However, this Information is not provided with The Booking Portals and it is "guaranteed late Arrival. " But This is not the Case at all! You will only be informed about these Check-in details after the Booking made by the Hotel! The free Cancellation will still be refused, although the Booking was made later On the basis of the guaranteed Warranty.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it's near to city centre. Otherwise it wasn't a pleasant stay here.

Well-managed structure with comfortable and well-appointed rooms, excellent location and links to nearby public transport.

Our room was clean and in a great location. Just a few minutes walking to many of the major sights. The manager was extremely helpful and gave us an overview of how best to enjoy the visit. The desk hours are pretty limited so if you are flying in, make sure to let hem know in advance if you won't be arriving within the hours.

The room was perfect! Massimo, the owner is really friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a relaxing rest after exploring the beautiful streets and sights of Rome.

A guest house in the middle of Rome. Definitely recommend and would most likely choose again when I visit. Location: Conveniently placed in the center. So, you can visit everything on foot. Make sure to practice walking if you want to try that. The bus stop is just a few meters away. A pizzeria just down the block. Service: Great, absolutely nice. Cleanliness: There was an issue with the bed sheets but was immediately replaced, once we pointed it out. It was a mistake from the maid. Cost: I think the price is just right for the well decorated and clean room.

From the first moment you enter, it is a nice place, you feel comfortable as at home, the attention is excellent, with elegant treatment and maximum education. The location is unbeatable, it is a quiet and pleasant road. It has the best shower in Rome and you feel prepared pleasantly in the mornings to visit that wonderful city!

Amazing place to stay in Rome! The whole property is very clean, location is awesome (all sights in walking distance) and Wi-Fi is working perfect and it's free. Value for money is exceptional. At check in we received a very warm welcome, useful information and recommendations for our sightseeing. The room is very elegant and 100% clean. Nothing negative to point out. Quality in Rome is a classy questhouse in the center of Rome and I totally recommend it!
