Awesome stay. Close enough to Rome’s main attractions. Very friendly staff running the desk. The older man was kind and friendly to deal with. The room and bed linens were clean, shower and bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Room had an awesome balcony and the room had a TV and mini fridge. Overall great stay.

Friendly Hotel at a good price and well connected to move around Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms in good condition with large bed and comfortable to rest well. At breakfast there is no great variety but has enough (some pastries, coffee machine, juice, fruit, cereals, toasted bread, etc). 100% Recommended!

Lift is on and off sometimes. Uncle at the reception desk is very fussy and particular with everything yet has a bad memory. Room is clean. Breakfast is simple. Check out is surprisingly early at 10:30.

It was a nice location, but it was very cold inside of rooms, the bathroom was frozen.

Great location 10 minutes from Rome Termini and the Metro. Room and bathroom not too big but cozy enough, average cleanliness. Breakfast quite varied with sweet and salty but not too generous. We could leave our suitcases at the hotel before check in. On return since we had the train at 7 we asked if we could have anything to eat out of the scheduled time and the concierge in service did everything possible to accommodate us with some croissant.

Nice little hotel right on the tram stop just 7-10 minutes to Central Station. I think it's a privately run, family-owned hotel. Breakfast buffet is good with boiled eggs which I haven't seen otherwise at another hotel in Rome. Check in is possible at any time. Only an ATM I have not been able to discover nearby. A Korean restaurant on the corner is very good. There is also an Italian snack when you walk out of the hotel to the left. Very nice staff and the little dog is also cute. The noise to the side of the road was also very bearable despite the noisy tram. Lift present.

Hotel was pretty clean. Room and showers are a decent size for European hotel. The neighborhood is not very nice at night. Bus stop is right outside but when we went, there was a strike so had to walk everywhere, which was very inconvenient. Breakfast was very limited and sometimes we couldn't find seats. Wi-Fi is terrible and many times it was faster to just disconnect and use data from back home.

Rooms very clean. Staff very nice. Area outside hotel was a bit dirty. And breakfast could have had more choice. But good location to walk to all local attractions.

Super awesome! The rooms are spacious and the fridge is clean. Bed is also very comfortable for the price of super praise! A pair of strange and lovely old couple run super like! Breakfast is really good! Very Cozy!

Very nice staff, all in all a good stay. Area can be quite shady at night. For dinner or drinks, walk to the near by area on the other side of the tracks (direction: Via degli Equi)

Perfect deal, clean and everything in order.

For that price it's not worth, the neighborhood is very bad, room very dirty and smelled bad. Although it is cheap it is not worth.

If you want to visit Rome walking may not be laekor option, as this is quite far from the centre.

Very nice and valuable rooms. The staff is perfect. A sibling got sick and the owner drove us to the hospital and even went in with us.

We stayed in this Hotel from June 10th 2014 to June 13th 2014. We liked it because of the following facts. 1. Central location (walking distance from Rome Terminal Station) 2. Excellent facilities including wonderful breakfast, free Wifi 3. Very good hospitality and assistance for tourists 4. Reasonable cost 5. Proximity to Tram, Metro stations If we revisit Rome, will not look for any other accommodation. Shreepad Hegde, Bangalore, India.

Nice little hotel with good rooms and quality for the price. Breakfast (decent for an Italian breakfast) and free internet are included. The staff (a couple) are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directle next to a tram station and very close to the next metro station. Across the street you have a supermarket. Termini is close (10 minutes by foot) as is the Colloseum (15 minutes). Overall a good experience for a very good price!

Nice friendly staff (a couple). They try to make your trip better (infos about Rome, Free Internet connection, …). The hotel is not far from Termini, close to a metro station and a supermarket, in a Chinese district. You'll find some good restaurant nearby, not far from Santa Maria Maggiore. Rooms are ok, shower and toilet too. Nice balcony. We had a pleasant stay.
