And cozy, spotless and in the center.

Excellent value for money, very good location and services, free breakfast was enough we also had to prepare coffee or wine glasses all day.

Very well located. Lousy Wi-Fi service. The extra beds are zero comfortable. The gate sounds a lot when they open it, it can wake you up at night. Curtains are not suitable if you like to sleep with total darkness. The place itself is interesting aesthetically. Super good if you want to tour Rome, it is a few blocks from the Colosseum. I do not know recommend to go out at night in the area.

We booked for 4. Tiny room. A double bed and a sofa bed. No common area. Everything clean and quite cared for. For the price paid is to be considered good.

Clean and spaces room. Very near to Cavour Metro station. Restaurants and super market just a few doors away. Very convenient for travellers.

Nice and clean rooms, good size bathrooms and common area very well taken care of… Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed in the Apartment at Nerva Accommodation. Huge bedroom with separate lounge room with sofa. Decent sized kitchen in apartment with coffee machine, microwave, fridge & hobs. Bathroom was nice, but shower cubicle was a little small. Overall lovely, affordable place to stay and in a great central location, 10 minute walk to both the Colosseum and main train station (Termini), 2/3 minute walk to nearest metro station (Cavour). Place can be difficult to spot from the outside for the first time, only a little sign on the side wall next to main entrance. Staff are really friendly and any requests from them weren't any trouble at all, they couldn't do enough for you. Would 100% stay here again!

Centralissimo, economico, ottimo.

Very good, very happy. The location is ideal. Arriving from termini you can reach in a few minutes ' walk or wanting the first metro, very close. The Coliseum and are only minutes away. Very clean and spacious, they did find a breakfast in the morning, we will definitely be back.
