The idea is excellent, modern rooms to spend a romantic holiday in the name of wellness: Our room was equipped with Jacuzzi for 2 people. Some little trick and I would have given 4 stars. Instead penalize: the hanger positioned well over 2 meters high, which makes it only those who are at least 1.80 can reach it, and the bathroom very small and without even a hook for towels. The location is excellent, 2 steps from the metro and the train station.

Cube room. Very nice… everything perfect and clean enough. Sure we will return.

Rooms I-tech, very special, opportunity to change the lights via the Ipad… we opted for the Spa room. There was a comfy bed, jacuzzi next to the bed. Small mini bar with drinks and treats included in the price. Bathroom very nice with shower and chromo therapy… I don't know 5-star just because it didn't work very well in the tub.

Hotel location is good, but the "Cube" room was never cleaned; rather, it was tidied every afternoon. Sheets were not changed and trash was not taken out over 4 nights. In addition, the bathroom smelled like sewage so we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. I thought I wouldn't mind not having a 24/7 concierge, but I didn't like that the virtual concierge was sassy over iMessage when I complained about the dirty, stinky room. I think I would have gotten a refund had I had a face-to-face conversation with the front desk. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Great rooms decor wise but there is a bad drain smell in the rooms and when you first arrive in the hotel which is a bit off putting. Such a shame!

The rooms are spectacular, with each its own theme. Very clean, well located and the staff is extremely helpful.

The first impression of this hotel is surprising, it is somewhat atypical, all rooms with decorations and different styles. Just seeing it you think it's a dating place, but quite the opposite!
It is located in a very quiet neighborhood near Termini station, well connected, so much that you can walk almost anywhere in the city. It is a very small hotel, just about 6 rooms as they have taken advantage of an old floor reshaping it and making each stay a room.
The hotel is quite new and the cleanliness is spectacular. A girl takes care of the customers and clean the few rooms he has (giving a very familiar atmosphere).
The rooms have a minibar, where you can take what they offer free of charge, an Ipad with Internet connection and television with free access to Netflix and Youtube.
From what I could see, almost all rooms have Jacuzzi or bathtub, mine had a very cool hydromassage shower.
The only negative point I have found is that being an old refurbished floor, the soundproofing is not perfect and first thing in the morning you hear the other tenants coming out, doors, the receptionist talking. It's really not annoying, but for people who wake up easily it can be somewhat overwhelming. If we look at it from the positive point, so you are awake and advantage the day!
I recommend this hotel mainly for couples or maximum three people. I consider that the rooms and furniture are not prepared to accommodate families.

Really nice rooms, and very good service. But there is something wrong with the sewerage or the tubes. This made a not that pleasant smell from the WC. Free Wi-Fi with good broadband. The included breakfast was in the cafe next door, also with good service and good food. The hotel is nearby the colosseum, about 10 min walking.
