Central Location, very good customer service and clean and well refurbished rooms. The only thing loose is the breakfast, with abuse of industrial pastries, although they take you to the room at the time you choose. Recommended.

Very comfortable, perfect location, great Wi-Fi Excellent location — you can walk to everything, and there is a taxi plaza right in front. The bed is very comfortable (the best we had in Italy) The room decor is great The internet Wi-Fi is great (my husband had to work and he was able to do all he needed and have conference calls over the internet) Breakfast in bed! You can order your breakfast — what you want and at what time and they bring it to your door (all you have to do is open the door and get the tray). The only negative is: The room is right next to the front desk and there is a gap under the door. So, if you want to sleep late in the morning this might be a problem because you can hear the noise from the front desk, especially dishes clicking and clacking. I would suggest to close that gap, so there is not much noise from the lobby.
