Os donos não sabem se comunicar direito e não deixam as informações claras. Através do booking mostrava um café da manhã no quarto e ao chegarmos nos deram vouchers para tomar café da manhã em um bar com direito a um café e um croissant apenas. Também deixavam no quarto uma fruta, uma água e um iogurte, mas no primeiro dia as maçãs estavam podres. O prédio não é um hotel, é um prédio residencial com um andar reservado para o hotel. O quarto que nos deram no primeiro dia tinha uma porta de correr com um vão aberto que dava para enxergar o corredor, bem como a fechadura do mesmo tinha um buraco. O isolamento de som é péssimo. A internet só funcionou no último dia e muito mal. No nosso quarto com porta de correr tinha uma banheira suja e um vazamento na janela do quarto que entrou chuva. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e nosso novo quarto tinha um banheiro sem box ou banheira. Ao tomar banho, o chuveiro molhava o banheiro inteiro. A cama de casal do quarto tinha uma divisa desconfortável, claramente sem aquela proteção que colocam em cima de duas camas de solteiro para transformar em casal. Foi só decepção a estada neste hotel, tirando que a TV ligava sozinha no meio da madrugada em um volume muito alto, de maneira que a gente acordava tomando um susto.

Excellent location. Near the railway station. Center. The hosts are very pleasant and nice people. I liked it very much. The room has everything necessary, even a small fridge which was very pleased.

Breakfast is a coffee and a croasant with nothing. And the room has nothing to do with the one in the photo.
The service is great, very attentive and tidy.
It is very close to Termini station, so it is very close to both train, weather and bus.

This is not a Hotel, this is a dump. A dirty hotel, there were only mice in our room! We stayed for one night! Pure horror! I did not even have a shower, the bathroom was dirty! Not recommended!

For a few nights okay great location.

Hotel clean reasonable price close to Termini station convenient to get around in Rome, run by foreign but hospitable people.

Awful. No sign at hotel. Looks like an appartment. Late check in. No reception 90% of the time.

We booked through booking and they moved us from room to see that we had an offer in the price. The room is the worst in the hotel. The door is sliding, it does not close at all. The TV's not working. By not closing the door well, you hear all the noises in the area. The door lock is a hole in it, if you remove the key you see the inside of the room. We are not going back.

What you pay is what you get. Staff is very nice.

Certainly not a five star hotel, I was a few days very well, cheap, trato cordial master and clerk, Italian breakfast with cappuccino, i. E. A corneto clean room, Grandma's furniture, okay, but who wants to watch TV trovandose in Rome? I mean, I talk about my experience … for the savings I'd give it 5 stars too …

Never again … a nightmare … I stayed at this hotel last week with my boyfriend and we were totally disappointed the hotel is run by people worldwide and is definitely not located in an area that felt like a Roma camp cmq 0 hygiene in bathroom there were many ants, the support of the shower there was, water pressure was minimal indeed from the tap came out very little, not to mention that in 4 days we stayed not even toilet paper we were given, the towels were accomplished so much that there were holes, the room was very small, the TV didn't work and neither wi. Fi. In a nutshell would not recommend it to anyone …

Visiting with my family from Sicily, referred by a friend, I found the hotel farini truly delicious, skilled and courteous, a hotel that I recommend to all.
