The hotel is in a very good location, just a block from Rome-Termini station whether coming from the airport by bus or train it is very easy to get there and once you are in Rome using and metro is reached the same well.
The hotel is clean and everything in order. The rooms are prepared for seniors, making them ideal for the elderly and a little uncomfortable for the rest.
It does not offer breakfast, has free Wi-Fi service that works well and you should ask about the air conditioning because it is not included in the cost of the room.

Fantastic location close to Termini station. This hotel is clean, and modern. The bathroom is small but has a shower and a bidet. I would happily stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel room was ideal for us. Small and fine. Cleanliness OK. Fehn in the bathroom and kettle in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not offer food. Our tip for morning coffee: Osteria Santa Maria just across the road.

Location is great, room clean but small, the people working in there are wonderful.

I found DAA room perfect. It was just right for me and my friend. Clean, the size fits. The location is perfect and price is right too. Staff friendly. We can imagine it coming back to.

To be a two star is complete, very modern, cozy, attached to the station and a few minutes from the center. Very helpful Staff, the lift is a freight elevator but it is also made especially for The disabled so nothing to say. Good!

Bad treatment and the receptionist guy shouted at me … plus they took 120 euro/night for a two star hotel and there is no breakfast small toilet.

Small Hotel but very cozy and excellent attention! Everything restored to new inside with Mininalista style in the heart of Rome, very handy, practical if qieres be near Termini for trains!

Very nice staff. Very clean room. Looks much nicer inside than it does outside. The hotel charges extra for using A/C in the room (each room has a unit, but they don't give you the remote to turn it on unless you pay), which was a bit of a downside, but at least it worked well. Very close to the train station, which was convenient, but not the nicest area.

Clean, convenience, Free-Wi-Fi and not to far from Roma Termini (approx. 10 min. Walk). The hotel staffs are willing to help us plan our 2 days trip in Rome and Vatican Museam.

Great hotel, friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean rooms.
Of the disadvantages can be answered small area of the C/U.
As suggestions to improve the rating of the hotel advise: to provide rooms fridge, put an electric kettle in the room or cooler on the floor.

Very good enviroment clean rooms and very kind and friendly staff!

The good: only two minutes to/from Termini Station and, hence, great for travellers using Rome as a base to explore other cities or arriving in Rome late in the evening, friendly staff, efficient bathroom, generally clean, and reasonably priced. The bad: the neighbourhood in which the hotel is situated (Termini) makes King's Cross and Gare du Nord seem like nice neighbourhoods (having stayed in both, this is not hyperbole, I would avoid if you are a nervous type or want "atmosphere"), my room consistently smelt of smoke although it was clearly a non-smoking room, air conditioning costs an extra €3/night although I did not find it necessary even in August, and if you book a double room, expect to find two singles pushed together.

Good location. Very close to Train station & restaurants. A bit small rooms. Awkward elevator.

Worst hotel ever. Needs to be shut down by health board.

We arranged Charter Hotel for 3 days! However after the first night, we left the hotel. It was NIGHTMARE! I slept not more than 3 hours! It was very noisy not SAFE! I won't recommended to anyone!

The room was small but usable. The staff was pleasant. The hotel is centrally lovated.

Good hotel and not expensive, the only thing I don't like is the asensor is old, and it seems that you're going to be locked up there, but for the rest it is clean and all good for rest.

Friendly, warm and friendly. In French (it's more significant). Good location, near the central station and the tourist places. Overall poor quality (noisy, wet…), but corresponds to the standards of the neighborhood.
