Hotel ist simple but OK. Rooms are a little dirty and breakfast is very small.

If it were not for its location, I would rate it zero star. The place is super old. It didn’t even offer basic toiletries. It doesn’t have air conditioner, just fan. The worst thing is the area. Though it is in the center of Rome near Termini station, the area is not safe. Girls should never book this place. There are a lot of weird guys standing on the street at night. The window does not have glass so you will hear everything on the street: people talking, bikes passing by, ambulance etc… In the morning, people talk in the breakfast place and the door is not sound proof. Not recommended!

The location of the hotel (5 minutes to the metro, 15 minutes to Termini station, around a lot of restaurants for a good dinner), a clean room including showers, friendly staff (we were greeted late at night, quickly provided room to choose from, answered everything questions). In the morning, a decent seniora offered us a cup of coffee (optional espresso Italiano, Espresso Americano, cappuccino) with cornetino, bread, butter, cheese, ham. Our safe didn't work, and the owner of the hotel kept our documents in her safe. The room was cleaned every day. There was no air conditioning, but the fan worked from above. Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour minimarket: juices, wine, water, cigarettes, snacks, sweets. The hotel is a fortress. We had a key to the outside door, a lock code from the door on the ground floor, and a key for the door to the room. Neighbors were there, but we didn't see or hear them. As for me, all this quite compensates for some minor shortcomings.

The hotel is not big. Clean. Good audibility in the rooms. Breakfast is bad.

Nice, but the room was ' sad ' and in the bathroom, it was microscopic not working nor the shower drain nor the bathroom faucet. Overall an impression of total neglect.

The place is very near train station 'termini' and the staff is very nice and helpful. We booked with our new born who was expected to do a cry once in a while (esp after 16 hrs flying), we were complained for being loud at the first night. Next day realizing we could even hear morning chats clear from breakfast area, we didn't even bother staying in but sleeping only to respect the others. Access to the room needs permission all the time as we were provided only a key for the inner door room and not the outer one.

It is a kind of bed and breakfast on several floors. Furnishing years ' 70 or earlier, service does not exist, minimalist breakfast. The rooms are noisy because every noise of the neighbor is perceived as in their own room. It costs little, but far too much for the general situation.

I went back the night at 3 and it took me an hour to open the door. Nice Hotel but service a bit poor.

Near to termini and Marco was always helpful and friendly. Slept well in the bed. Able to store luggage also that was great. Water was hot, I read reviews of no hot water but it was very hot and no problem at all.

Stayed there three days service spot on easy to get around.

No heating!
No hot water!
No opportunity to remedy the problems dirty to avoid!

Okay okay … breakfast is not for humans.

A real disappointment. The hotel was not very clean, staff unkind and the rooms 8 stairs higher, I don't want to talk about the breakfast in the first place … More 1 star than 2 at this hotel.

In such a bad hotel I have never lived under all the sow.

I have stayed for 5 days, just for sleeping. It was ok for me. The room was clean, the bed was larger than I expected. Also hot water was very comfortable. The hotel is close to Termini and Republica metro stations.

A very nice hotel. I didn't expect a 2 stars hotel to be this good. Clean and great room, the fastest Wi-Fi I have ever seen in a hotel (even 5 stars hotels), the manager is very kind. I say yes for 5 stars for this beautiful place.

Kind and courteous helpful but great quiet area lovely breakfast clean rooms.

For people like me in 1985 has little money but wants to sleep in the most beautiful city in the world.

Fine for short term trips. The Hotel is placed within 12 Minutes by feet fom the Termini Station. We (2 singlke men) had each a Doubleroom cause the booked single rooms were in use, when we did arrive. Double Bed means 1, 40m wide bed (no french double) Bathroom was always clean and fresh, bedcover always new available every morning. Shower always with warm water, Shower Gel came from a device on the wall. Access to te rooms is possible 24h with a general house key and Roomkey and access to the room area (2 on each the 2 floors) with an electronic pincode access. Host family was very nice, e. G. Helped us with finding good restaurant area in Rome. Rooms with windows (noise reduced) directed to the main street might find some noise in the night from the street, but this is nothing the hotel can limit. (Rome is a 24h city. ) Flatscreen TV on the wall, but with italian SAT language broadcasters only. We came in january, so there were nowhere any insects etc. Visible. WLAN available at least in our floor (where the reception was located) but not everywhere in the other room areas or floors. Breakfast was very simple : Only sweet slice of bread, marmlade / chocolate cream and fine coffe with refill. Summarize : Good value for a trip with 2 persons (2 single or 1 double room) if they have less than a week travel time. So I cannot understand the negative approach of the former review. / Patrick from Germany.
