Golden room is not a hotel… it's guest rooms. Not what we were looking for.

Very good… very close to Piazza di Spagna… Fontana di Trevi… well served by Metro… small rooms but neat and tidy… bathroom in order with all the comforts… staff… recommended.

I stayed two nights everything OK housekeeping was including the breakfast in the fridge bar we had half a liter of water apiece one cake two coffee to do in the room head nice discreet I loved it…

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place located in the city centre within walking distance of Spanish Steps. I stayed in a room recently renovated, very nice and cozy. Inside there was a minibar, TV, a small wardrobe; The owner who greeted us very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff who obviously care for their guests. Lovely room, considering the amount I paid. Location couldn't be better — not too touristy, but 2 mins away from Spanish Steps. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe, and is really good. Only minor issue is that the walls are quite thin and I can hear the reception phone and people talking. Oh, and the room had a free minibar!

Very convenient location. Under 5 mins walk to Spanish steps. Breakfast is served at a nearby by café.

The hotel accommodation is not the best, but the location of the B is optimal to enjoy the centre of Rome even at night.
Recommended.

Lovely clean modern rooms to visit.

Excellent relation quality-price. The location is unbeatable, practically in the centre of Rome. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet and pleasant. Without a doubt I would repeat.

It is now the third time that rest on the bed and breakfast. Located in a place of easy access, close to everything and spotless. I'd recommend it.

Just had a fantastic long weekend with my girlfriend in the eternal city. We stayed at Golden Rooms Spanish Spain being blown away. Great location with a choice between the two red Spain metro stations or Barberini (both 2 minutes walk), nearby the rooms include all amenities you may need for bars, supermarkets, newsstands, laundries etc. The staff were very helpful and efficient, they met all our requests/needs. The structure located on the third floor has a lift and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The breakfast, although in a bar outside of the structure, is the classic brioches cappuccino and juice that satisfies everyone. In room Wi-Fi is excellent and you have a very good tv. Overall very good. Definitely I will keep into account golden rooms for my next visit in our capital.

My opinion is appalling: arrived late evening and having been advised I left planted, not opened me the door, there was no answer the telephone or the mail that I sent after having to wander in a taxi at midnight in search of a hotel. And as if it were some claimed a stay of three nights, loading it in the card's credit that I booked. EYE does not go! they cheat.

I've been to this February. I needed a location convenient for work and I must say the location is really excellent (metro next door, bus terminal a few meters). Personally I've found well with the electronic lock system (there is the key and you have to remember a code! I forget what I had for breakfast). For the rest I must say enjoys marvellous views over the Centre of Rome, the rooms are clean and the staff is referenced is very helpful (I missed my flight and they waited to check in until midnight).

Guys if you want to really enjoy Rome, I recommend booking a Golden Room! They are small but hyper-equipped, there is everything. From the mini fridge all hairdryers, flat TV, air conditioning, in my room even had a shower/sauna! L hotel opposite asked us twice the money for much less. The only flaw, the pillow a little low but the last night I did give another. Don't wait like me last evening. Ask now! MichiMilano
PS: I went back and they remodeled it, now the rooms are no longer so small!
