A small and discreet, yet hospitable guest house located about a ten minute walk away from Vatican City. To begin with, the owner is really friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with. The guest house consists of a few bedrooms with a private bathroom for each, along with a commonly used kitchen that provides coffee, tea, utensils and appliances for free. Each bedroom also has its own fridge, along with a smart TV where one can even watch Netflix etc. The guest house also offers free breakfast at a café right underneath with coupons handed out by the owner, while there's also several italian restaurants in the vicinity and a supermarket, which is a five minute walk away. It is also worth mentioning that even if the guest house consists mainly of self-service (unlike hotels), the owner still makes the beds, empties out the rubbish bins provided in each room and does the dishes in the kitchen on a daily basis, which I consider really sweet and thoughtful considering that he runs the place on his own entirely! I was impressed even after the first night of my stay, and I will be definitely staying here again next time I visit Rome in the future again hopefully!
Great place to stay — near the Vatican. Super friendly host. Spacious room for 3 people, 2 adults and a teenager. Some maintenance was going on in the building but that was no problem. Super nice restaurants around. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend to those, who want to be walking distance from all the best sightseeing places in Rome. Metro 5minutes, Vatican's museums 3 minutes. Vatican City 5minutes. Rooms are clean and spacious just enough for the purpose. Owners are very friendly. Also nice restaurants around. Met my expectations.
