Domus Ferruccio Guesthouse

Good value, excellent recommended routes by the proprietor. However wouldn't agree to needing to pay to see many of the sites. On the flipside, it was a bit away from the best restaurant strip (Trastevere) and most attractions other than the Colosseum. Bit on the rougher side of the center and a small trek to walk into the center, though the metro is adjacent. There was a pretty decent late night bar around the corner there with dancing and music spilling onto the road till early hours.

Very nice rooms and very clean, comfortable beds for a pleasant rest after a day of walking. Fantastic location at 100 meters from the metro and 800 from the Colosseum. Owner very nice and sociable.

Mattia was a great host. He accommodated our time of arrival, was very helpful in terms of where to eat and get the best Gelato. He would also be a great guide for the city becausevhe gave us awesome tips on where to go and when to avoid huge lines. The place was super clean, nicely designed and decorated, Mattia takes great care of the Guest House, he repaints every couple of months and enforces a non smoking environment inside the rooms for the comfort of the guests. The rooms are nicely cleaned every day and it feels great to come back to the rooms after a long day of walking. There is a light breakfast available, coffee tea biscuits. Etc Location is awesome, it is a short walk to the Colosseum and to the Train station. Mattia also makes himself available at all times by providing his phone which is very comforting if you are in Rome for the first time. I would totally recommend this place for my friends, it was a great deal for the price! Great Job Mattia we hope to see you again soon!

The room is very clean, is a very quiet area, restaurant supermarkets and markets are in the vicinity, convenient transportation, the owner is very handsome Frank Italian boy, recommended to everyone!

An apartment that was divided into rooms and rented to tourists. The bathtub in every room is very, very tiny. There is a common kitchen, with a microwave, a down and a kettle is convenient. It is 5 minutes from the train station and the Coliseum, but the area is quiet. Comfortable beds. Very. It's a good option to save a living.
