Bellissimo posto in cuore da Roma :) Beautiful place in the heart of Roma. We were in Rome for 10 days for location scouting for our upcoming film in Rome. So we found this please with very amazing and very cute comfy rooms. 1 the owner is amazing very cut lady Lucia. 2 staff Azar is always helpful and ready on the go. 3 the breakfast is very very nice :) I love the place and will come back soon:)

Four floors without an elevator are not comfortable. Small bathroom, dimly lit and quirky décor. Some pros: friendly and helpful and very quiet staff.

Very hospitable and friendly. Quirky but very clean and quiet.

Building of the 16th century with all the ensuing consequences. I understand that the tastes do not argue, but with those characters who on the better have spun almost 9 points, would argue with the transition to melee. The only and main plus is the location. 10 min. Walking distance to the Coliseum, 5 mins to Santa Maria Maggiore, the whole center is within walking distance. It is certainly expensive, but is unlikely to make a stop again.

To avoid! It is not even remotely a two-or three-star hotel as indicated on several Internet sites. This is a guest house difficult to find from the outside, occupying a condominium where other people live. The building is old and without elevator. After a rude welcome we were picked up immediately the total cost of the room without even having seen it before. Once we reached the 4 floor we opened the door by finding ourselves in front of a kind of hall and three doors of three different rooms. The rooms are old, furnished without good taste, noisy, of dubious cleanliness (we removed a web from the ceiling). The photos in their site do not reflect the reality. The shower is equipped with a curtain that NN has changed for a long time given the color. After each shower the bathroom is flooded this creates black spots on the ground. Iron Bed and Spring net uncomfortable and very old. Cleanliness of the very dubious bedspread. The Wi-Fi Password never worked. We had the bad idea to take advantage of the spa service which turned out to be very poor and expensive at the same time. Sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi from the water not exactly clear. The kettle that we used to prepare the herbal tea was completely incrused with limestone, which made the herbal tea undrinkable. Noisy and low quality emotional shower as much of the material used.
Decent breakfast.
Excluding the manager, the staff is very polite, polite and sympathetic.
The location is great.

Good value for money.
Rooms a bit noisy on the street side (quies Ball advised in case), but located in the Monti district which is a great neighborhood…
Old Convent renovated and transformed into a hotel.
Spacious rooms, clean and charming.

Very clean and well kept hotel. Just a short walk from many historical sites in the city. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was only accessible in one particular area of our room.

Avoid at all costs.

A clean and tidy, you can breathe the air of home but with all the comforts. Wi-Fi, air conditioning excellent cuisine room service and then superbly located a step away from it all.
For us who are always away on business.

2 memorable nights at Hotrl Laurence. Bar, restaurant, free Wi-Fi and a wonderful sauna and hot tub. Kindness, friendliness, cleanliness.
