➜ Roma Termini is full of dirt, I was sick there was no medical service. The doors of the train closed as I got on. A completely disorganized station.
It’s my 4th Stay at Roman Terrace. The location is good, the room is clean, the staff is Nice. See you in May 2018

Their confusing and misleading guides wasted large amount of our time to find the key. The emergency contact they provided is totally useless so try to prey for yourself before making a reservation. They are also prone to blame customers and find excuses for themselves to be exempted from duty. No matter to their biased words towards people and non-professional attitude to solve problems. Besides the defect service, be careful with the coffee cups because we found live worm near the cups. Remember to bring ear plug if you want to fully recover from sleeping in such a noisy environment. Poor service, non responsive emergency contact, disrespect or even aggressive biased attitude to customers. They just want your money and don’t care about what you say or need. A absolutely one time poor business suites.
