Residenza Brama - Art ApartHotel

We had a wonderful stay at Brama Residence. The room was very spacious and clean and located in the centre of rome where you can reach everything within 10min walk. The owner gave us a list with recommendations and we trief most of the restaurants during our stay. They very really the best recommendations (no tourist traps like many other places recommended on instagram or youtube, but really where locals go to! ). We would definitely come again!

The location is unbeatable: close enough to major sights to walk everywhere, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. Mornings at the hotel café were a highlight—excellent coffee, fresh pastries, and a relaxed atmosphere that eased me into the day.
Brama Hotel strikes the perfect balance between style, comfort, and hospitality. It felt like a refined home in the heart of Rome, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was a beautifully decorated and clean apartment located in a very beautiful area with plenty of options for food. Very kind owners too who gave us ideas on what to do. Thank you.

Fantastic place to stay. We had a two bedroom apartment — spotless & spacious. Staff are so friendly and helped us with some brilliant restaurant recommendations. When we’re next in Rome, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was the first time I’ve booked an apartment vs a hotel for a Rome visit and wasn’t quite sure how it would work. It was lovely — would book here again!
Great communication with the reservation and check in. Location was really nice and easy to navigate with walking and taxis. They organized our driver for an early morning trip to FCO. Good info on close restaurants — lots very close. Daily housekeeping was nice. Felt secure and safe in the location.

Five stars does not do Brama Roma justice. Every part of our stay here was fantastic. From the complementary airport transfer (so good to not have to worry about how to get to the hotel after 24+ hours travel), to the amazing host who came in early to greet us, checked us in at 8am and gave us so much amazing advice about the area, to the beautiful rooftop terrace. The location was a fantastic base to explore Rome with a short walk to all of the main attractions, while still being shockingly quiet in our room. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and the host really did make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. If I ever come back to Rome I’ll absolutely stay here.

Brama is located in a great location where you can see both historical Rome and modern Rome. You can go on a historical journey by staying in its authentic rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are ready to help you with almost anything.

We loved our stay at Brama Roma. The hotel is centrally located in the city center within walking distance of all the major sites and surrounded by charming narrow streets and restaurants. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was clean, quiet and well equipped, perfect for our family of four. The hotel staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help with transportation or general questions about the area. I would highly recommend a stay, and we look forward to a return visit.

Fantastic apartment within walking distance of Vatican City, Coliseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. All modern amenities, 5 star accommodation in historic building, friendly and helpful staff. Near excellent restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very warm and helpful team in the hotel. Quaint and rustic room. The location is also at a very nice old lane with many old buildings to see and visit.
Good for first time visitors since they will let you know where to visit, where to go for food and drinks etc.

Excellent experience at this centrally located hotel! Plus, excellent value. We booked directly on their website and the package we selected included airport pick-up with a driver. Since we arrived in the evening and didn’t want to try to figure out public transport or work out the taxi situation after a day of travel, we were grateful for this offer. To top it off, the communication from the hotel was excellent! They were responsive via email and text message, even providing photos of their front door entry to show where we were meant to put the code/etc. Directions were perfect!
The room was spacious and immaculately clean! It looked just like the beautiful photos, and we were thrilled with their central location. Once we checked in properly the next morning, we were given an excellent primer on what to see, what to do, and recommendations on where to eat — all with a map, too! For our first visit to Rome, the information provided (including local tips on using the taxis, where to go for views, and where to eat for which meal) were excellent. Truly above and beyond service!
Again, the location was superb as we were only a few minutes away from the taxi stand, 10 minutes to the ruins of the Area Sacra which includes the site where Julius Caesar was stabbed (and it’s now a cat sanctuary), about 15 minutes walk to Roscioli (amazing food) and the Trevi Fountain. Piazza Navonna is also just a few minutes away, and the Pantheon a stone’s throw from that!

Little gem in the centre of Rome! I stayed here for a few nights with my husband and two kids and found the 2 bedroom apartment excellent. It was comfortable, bright and extremely well located. This is is not a hotel but more of a residence so there is a reception but it is not open 24/7 however they are always reachable. Overall a very pleasant stay, Brama is the sister property of HiSuiteRome which is an Aparthotel (on the same street next to Brama) the reception staff happily showed us other accomodation options for future stays there. Highly recommend for big groups. Thank you again Laura and Gulia for welcoming us in Rome and making our time memorable.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms are beautifully and individually designed, everything you need is available. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of a Roman residential area with great bars and restaurants nearby. Many sights are within walking distance. The hosts are super nice and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were given various tips for bars and restaurants, some of which we tried out and everything was great! If we come to Rome again, we will book this accommodation again. Thanks for having us!

Everything was great! Perfect location in the very center of Rome. Spacious room, cleanliness and feedback from the staff at the highest level! There are several cafes nearby where you can have a good breakfast. A very quiet street by Rome standards, with a very pleasant atmosphere.
Will definitely stay here again next time!

I had the pleasure of staying with my boyfriend at this wonderful residence in the center of Rome, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The rooms are brand new with unique style. The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance (navona square and castel sant’angelo only few minutes and about 30 mins the colosseo and spanish steps). The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us a list of our favorite restaurants (no tourists traps, only local places). Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Rome in comfort and style!
