Very rude, abusive owner/staff. Aggressive to the point of assaulting us. Seemingly accommodating but everything comes with very high costs (higher than the cost of accommodation). Very poor breakfast. Everything is sealed/pack, nothing fresh and is significantly limited. It is mentioned that on your request you get cooked breakfast. This isn't happening since the lady becomes amazingly irritated and starts yelling at you only by asking for more crackers… Late check-in (after 19.00) will cost you 50 euros — you will only learn about this AFTER the cancellation period has elapsed.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend to anyone to pick this ''hotel''. Check-in was possible till 19 o'clock but I wasn't allowed to check-in even though I was there at 18:55. I was deeply dissappointed by behavior and unwillingness of woman there (boss and receptionist as well). I was calling on her phone what was happening because I couldn't catch anyone by the doorbell next to the building, asking why I cannot get into building. Everything what she told me was that she had already left the building and said I should have came by 18:30. I just asked how it is possible to not accommodate me when the terms are fixed. So I begged her a lot to come to open me but she was very unpleasant. Due to longer waiting for my luggage at the airport I was hurrying to be there in time but she was bad which I found out when I came next day in front of the building again to gain at least half of 45 euros that I had paid for one night. When I was threatening her with calling police she suddenly came after 3 minutes from another building and said that it is not possible to get some money. I showed her my reservation where is written that check-in is possible by 19 o'clock. She replied to me that I have not got any proof that I was in time there. She disappeared with spiteful smile and note: I have your money, thank you.

Structure wonderful, clean, two steps from the MetroA. The owner is very nice available for every need. We had to request a check-in extra, we were offered totally free. Recommended… our home in Rome.
