Budget accommodation and not for everyone. Noisy with the street outside and the area around the train station doesn't feel very safe at night, BUT, the rooms are very clean, the staff are eager to please and speak english, there are convenience stores just down stairs and the beds are soft and comfy. Not glamorous, but friendly and a good cheap place to put your head down.

Noisy and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hotel is spread across two buildings, with the second part being much more sub-standard than the main hotel. Overall, a sub-standard experience.

Vicino la metro termini, nemmeno 10 min a piedi. La camera matrimoniale però aveva il materasso che erano due singoli messi insieme, ci si sprofondava perché si dividevano. Nel bagno non c'era il bidet e il lavandino era piccolissimo e vicinissimo alla parete quindi in alcuni frangenti era scomodo. La pulizia non mi è sembrata male e la camera comunque aveva frigo, tv, quindi ben accessoriata. Gentile la signorina che pareva capire poco l'italiano ma alla fine ci siamo capiti, ci ha dato una mappa della città con qualche indicazione turistica. Hanno un parcheggio convenzionato per far parcheggiare I clienti.

We really enjoyed our three-day stay at the Zhihua Inn in Rome. The real gem here is the staff — — the owner Ms. Zhihua, and the morning staff person Ben — — who were unfailingly helpful and kind in every respect. We ended up being somewhat high-maintenance guests, with a couple of special needs — — a broken toilet that needed fixing, a taxi that needed to be arranged at 4:30 a. M. — — and the staff bent over backwards to take care of these things for us. This is not a fancy hotel or a fancy neighborhood, but the room was large by European standards, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and two big comfy chairs. Don't let the low, low price scare you away: it's not a sketchy place at all. We did have a little bit of trouble with the building's old plumbing, but were otherwise so pleased that we didn't really mind. Also, even though it is right near the train station, we barely noticed the sound of the trains at all — — the building must be very sound-proof. An excellent budget-friendly choice. Walkable to the station and to many tourist sites. The hotel is situated on the upper floor of an apartment building; when you arrive, you have to ring the bell, and the owner will buzz you in. The building is quite nice on the inside. The owner is, I believe, Chinese, and many of the guests seemed to be as well, but all nationalities should consider this hotel an excellent choice.

The hotel is located in authentic and renovated building. The place around is very crowdy. The staff is pleasant and speaks in English very well. Hotel room, that we booked, was very good except the broken handle of window and the blanket with cigarette's hole.

Surprisingly clean toilet.

I have to say that the place is really nice, the rooms are just like the pictures, clean and tidy! The staff is polite and tourists are always a certain level!
