The owner was very kind. The room was pretty new, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and new. There were some city maps available and it has a small but very useful lift. It was very good for its price.

Affordable place with a nice shared kitchen. The noise outside can get loud, but it's in a great location.

I just visit with my partner early this week. The good thing is the location, clean and for who travel using Roma termini station its perfect location. I found it easy to move around when we were visiting around the city. The staff was nice when we saw him. But there are things I did not like at all. We booked and pay for a double bed as we went as couple and it turned up to be a double bed frame with 2 single mattress. It was pretty annoying during the night as the mattress was moving all the time and I found myself different times waking up in the middle of the 2 mattresses. Not nice when u r going for holidays when you will walk a lot and u want to have a nice rest. Another thing I did not like was we stayed for 3 days and they never brought more toilet paper and changed the towels. Not cool at all especially when the isn't a staff around to go to.

This place is OK, OK being the basic standard for accommodation. There were however, a few points that irked me whilst staying here. First, we found it rather difficult to find (it's a small name on a buzzer on the street. Once inside we had no option to pay by card, not a fundamental issue, but still an inconvenience if you're not carrying around large amounts of cash. There was no front desk, nor any obvious person to chat to — after pressing the buzzer a man just appeared from somewhere! Don't forget the city tax, that adds an additional €3-4 per night each. The room was just about OK, again though, the lock on the room door was broken, the safe was coming away from the wall (in the bottom of the wardrobe), the beds were almost unbearably hard, the linen/pillows were all stained/slightly dirty. We asked for a double room and were given two single beds pushed together, not ideal. Overall, not a hugely enjoyable stay, however, if all you want is somewhere (cheapish) to stay, then it might be suitable for you, after taking its faults into consideration. I have stayed in places that offer much better value for money in comparison, so in my opinion, spend a little more and find somewhere slightly better.

You can't smoke. I love smoking. 1 star. No breakfast. Very noisy Belarussian neighbours. They might have been KGB. I did not ask. Sergio is a man. He does not a clean. I do not think he has a wife. He might though, we did not ask. There was however a lovely christmas tree outside. I am not Christian but I still enjoyed the spectacle. Don't believe the hype.

Minimum cleaning, maximum availability of staff, convenient location very close to the Termini of course the environment is not the best but good I recommend it!

After our arrival requested some additional municipal fee, never mentioned about it during my phone reservation. Do not agree to pay.

Nefarious, dirty, loud, edge personnel, the worst of the worst. Cockroaches, mosquitoes. do not recommend this hotel or my worst enemy! 1.
