I tried to call at the number from te site but no one is answering! I just wanted some informations for booking!
➜ Very good location and very friendly staff, next to termini and nothing from the subway. 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The breakfast included is in a bar next door, coffee and croissant, a bit justito. It's clean. It has a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave at the entrance. If you visit Rome before you buy the tickets for the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums, you will appreciate it, queues of more than one or two hours.

Sergio is a very helpful and kind man. The room is lovely and close to the station. You need to call and arrange a meeting though as you cannot get into the apartment without Sergio. I loved the apartment and room but the shower is old and not too strong.
