The attention is good, but this a little sloppy, the room I was assigned had some damage and the heating did not work very well… The good points perhaps its location as it is close to Termini station.

Well in troubleshooting. Near Termini station and bus stop for walks in Rome. After that it remains summary side room… the bare minimum for one night.

This place seriously needs maintenance. Although its very near to termini but the hotel isnt that comfortable.

Close to Termini station, correct and clean room. The dryer didn't work. The breakfast is not free, because to use the coffee machine you are forced to pay for the mineral water (€2) without letting you use tap water.

It is not a place to spend with family, I advise you to go alone, with friends or maybe as a couple, as there are young people who apparently reside there so they pass the party, therefore you hear a lot of noise, the place is well located as it is only 10 minutes from The central station termini, the beds are not very comfortable and the attention is not so personalized but this well for the price!

No more than 1-2 days. More than modest decoration, breakfast in 4evro is not necessary to order-in the same bar to choose the cheapest. Courtesy-Yes, but it is a mandatory feature of all employees of the service sector, the proximity of the station if necessary-plus, shuttle to the airport-near.

Not recomended. Dirty. Picture with no connection with reality. Whole in ceiling. Toillet with issues. No furniture. Dirty window curtein. Windows doesnt had strong latch.

A nice guesthouse, very closed to Termini Station, with good prices.

Lovely clean room with a very comfy bed, private bathroom in a location very close to Termini Station. For sleeping and getting ready for the day/ night what more could you ask for at very reasonable rates.

Room not like in Foto. 24hours Service not hav (lier). Electric not stabil and cant used. Fridge,, shower etc damage. Dirty. Garbage basket still full. All lie what they writing.

Standard structure. Available Wi-Fi. Low beds. Necessary improvements to make it more comfortable.

Style. In the center of Rome. Close to the station. There's everything you need for the traveler. The price is acceptable. One minus is a terrible noise. The room is very clean. Maybe it was TV.

It has a good location, very close to Roma Termini station and the small rooms around offer fairly reasonable prices, compared to the rest of restaurants in the city. The rooms are fine although the bathrooms could be improved, they are somewhat old and ramshackle, but for what you pay, you cannot demand too much, it is a cheap and well located site.

A very minimal hotel with bed and bathroom cleanliness not at the most in fact there were also ants in the room.

I'm not coming back.
It's crappy, though it's clean. No indication on the street, only on the intercom. They're kind and polite, but that doesn't supplement the rest. They hurt Me to the eyelashes of those beds. The air conditioner in the room well, but in the bathroom you freeze. The pictures D internet … nada k see. I'm not going back there.

A crap. Staff who speak barely Italian, but especially rude. Rooms filthy. Experience to forget. If you could give it — 1 I would give it.

The owner was unhelpful and rude. When we arrived the room was not ready (we arrived at 16h00) and he said that my girlfriend should not see the room because girls do not like mess and the room was messy, what? Ok, she did not and I left the lugagge. We went out to visit the city and when we came back at later, in the late afternoon, the room was still messy. The curtain was broken, no commodities at all (I mean everything was empty), not even light in the room. I told the owner (who was the receptionist) and he told me he will solve that. You had the whole daaay to do it. I told him this was not okay and he told me that if I did not like it I should leave the next day… of course that was what we did, I did not waqnt to pay more nights for a scrammer or hustler like him. Absolutely do not go there.

Is a bed and breakfast housed in an apartment. Furniture ugly and uncared for, bare rooms. Normal cleaning. The location is great in compensation.

Cheap, clean, at 2 steps from the Roma Termini train station.

Cheap affordable. In the center of Rome. But very, very rundown.

Good rooms, service & not noisy area.

The Spartan but clean, very low beds, little pressure in the shower, the bathroom mirror light burned, a few satellite channels. The rooms are small but comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights the service was really good, room was very cleaned, really nice bathroom and very comfortable bed, not a noosy neighborhood, close to Central Termini Station.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. It was so bad I refused to stay there. It is situated in a seedy part of Rome. The room was nothing like the one shown on their site. When I said I was leaving the duty manager said I had to pay for the three nights I had booked as there was a no refund policy, (with good reason). I refused and he looked me in and stood in the doorway. I had to push him out of the way and kick at the door before he would open it. He threatened to call the police. I asked him to but he wouldn't.

So far the value for money is very good. Very nice room.

Excellent treatment by the Manager, Babu, very good price (hostel), clean and silent.
