From the works of art that the hotel is full of in every single corner (even in the most unimaginable ones) to the artist-chef who resides in the incomparable 3 Michelin star restaurant LA PERGOLA.
… and all these words, do not do justice to the reality lived there!
Important expense of course, but it's worth it all!

Nothing was too much trouble. Despite being fully booked, each member of staff was fully attentive to any of our needs. Roberto was especially helpful and friendly at breakfast in L'Uliveti restaurant by the swimming pool. The King room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was beautifully designed. La Pergola restaurant on the top floor is 3 x Michelin stars. The panoramic view over Rome is breathtaking. The shuttle bus runs every hour on most days, and will take you very close to Via Veneto, and Piazza Barberini. Or the Consiege can call for a taxi, which arrives almost immediately. A very special hotel, with a beautiful, clean swimming pool, and indoor spa facilities.

Exceptional hotel! The stuff we’re amazing, the food was delicious, our room was tidied twice a day, the concierge was extremely helpful. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. Even as we left they gave my sons small cakes to take along with them as a snack on the flight home.

Elegance refinement and staff of great professionalism.

This is a beautiful hotel, however the treatment of Hilton Honors guests is unimpressive. Was super disappointed that lounge access was unavailable for me as a guest — required only for folks on the “Imperial” floor — they claimed it wasn’t an “Executice lounge” — which even that is equally disappointing. We were granted a one level room upgrade which was nice; but compared to every other Hilton property we stayed at in Italy (6 in total), this was the only property to not upgrade us to one of their top available rooms/suites. The property is gaudy but stunning with a great view, but I’ll definitely keep my loyalty to other properties.

Beautiful facility. I walked the grounds to enjoy the beauty and splendor of this place. The love birds in the trees, the statuary decorating the grounds, the sitting areas, everything outside was gorgeous.
Take the time to also to walk around inside to enjoy the art adorning the walls. Some priceless art work, bronze statues, and just exquisite decor throughout.
Amazing staff. They sent a car to pick us up at the airport, and upon arriving, our belongings were immediately swept away as we checked in, once the staff were told our room numbers off they were and our luggage was already in room awaiting us. Such efforts, that didn't go unnoticed. Top of the line service!

Stunning. It is like living in a luxurious, comfortable art gallery. Everything is perfectly harmonised. The Imperial Lounge is superb and the staff so welcoming and friendly. They anticipate your needs before you realise a glass needs replenishing or another coffee needs pouring. It feels like relaxing at home but in 5 star plus luxury. Worth every penny. We cannot wait to return.

Gorgeous resort. The morning breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are a good size and the shuttle service to the Barbarini Square is nice. I always stay at this resort. It is off the beaten path. You can not walk into town from it's location on the hill.

This hotel was truly special. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and were very much treated that way. Perrine, who works at the diamond desk, provided us with outstanding customer service our entire stay. Additionally, the breakfast and the Turkish bath at the spa made the stay incredibly luxurious. Well worth the money.

We had a wonderful family stay here. The rooms were spacious and we had wonderful views of the city. Took advantage of the pools (indoor and out) and the breakfast was great. No problem using the shuttle into room for our sightseeing times.

We had a GREAT stay! We used our Hilton Points. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Staff was very attentive. We ate at the poolside restaurant. Very delicious; a bit pricey ~ but we were at the Waldorf! Pool was great. Shuttle could have been more convenient. Another stop (more central) would have been great and schedule ended at 9 pm ~ too early for a city that eats dinner late. Overall Terrific!

An awesome place, its situated up on the hills. The food is outstanding, the rooms are really nice especially their suites. A really nice breakfast with all kinds of juices you can ever imagine. Lots of cold cuts and fish. The concierge is really helpful. Their roof top restaurant is a pretty big deal so make sure to make reservations ahead of time. Definitely would come back.

Absolutely the best hotel service ever. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted by Claudia and Giuzia upon arrival. These two ladies understand customer service and went above and beyond on every request. Our experience from the moment we arrived until our departure was truly first class service. We absolutely LOVE this resort! Everything is beyond expectations. We stayed in the Napoleon suite with connecting rooms for our kids, the room was pure luxury! Complementary fruit and champagne was excellent! The cleanliness of the ENTIRE place is exceptional & the service is nothing short of what is expected at a Waldorf! This hotel is hands-down the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at in all my travels. The property is beautiful from the moment you pull up, the valet is so professional and helpful, and I think it was Sabrina at check-in who was so welcoming. We were given a beautiful room with a view overlooking the pool and loved being able to enjoy the views from our spacious balcony. The complimentary breakfast for Gold & Diamond Hilton Honors members was a massive spread of food, and the service throughout the property was professional and kind. The location is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the more touristy parts of the city, which we loved! We were able to walk to local restaurants in the neighborhood and taxis were regularly available on-site. Rome Cavalieri absolutely outdoes the term 'luxury'!

Valid structure for both business and private activities, prices are in the norm for the category. The swimming pool is very good The rooms are a bit summer and with enough cleaning.
The restaurant does not live up to a Roman dinner either for quantity, quality and a service that you pay very but scarce.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Staff very polished and courteous. Spa was very well appointed and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her treatment. Not many food options outside so booking one of the hotel restaurants is recommended. Upon checkout the doormen arranged a fixed price 50 Euro Mercedes rather than a regular taxi to take us back to FCO which was quite thoughtful.

No doubt one of the best location and hotel in Rome. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and a range of high-level services. A special mention deserves the panoramic restaurant which is conducted by one of the best star chefs in Italy Heinz Beck with its famous restaurant La Pergola. Deserves to dine or have lunch from this king of the kitchen. At the Hilton Cavalieri di Roma There is much, indeed a lot, not neglecting that there is also a conference center of all respect in addition to boutiques and internal services from the hotel. Ask.

I was there for a Congress, for that nothing to plead. I did not stay, so I cannot express opinions on that. The general atmosphere, considering that it should be among the best ever, I was not particularly impressed and I do not think I would want to choose it even if I had the opportunity.

Incredible hotel! The rooms, the breakfast, and the hospitality all exceeded our very high expectations. We made a last minute reservation here and within an hour, our room was ready, and they even left a special surprise in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. We couldn’t have been happier!

I didn’t stay here but visited friends. Very expensive. Very beautiful. It is a luxury resort. On top of a very long hill and not within walking distance of anything. You have to shuttle or taxi to the center. If you don’t mind the cost this is your place. Stunning gardens. Spacious rooms. Gorgeous pool. Everything you could ever need.

Checked-in today and notified at 5:00 PM that the pool area would be closed for the day tomorrow. We selected this hotel because of the beautiful outdoor area and there was no advanced notice. Spoke with the Manager on Duty who was extremely arrogant “there is nothing we can do it has been booked for a private party. ” I would expect a Waldorf property to provide an advance notice so another hotel could be reserved. We were told, “Oh you are very lucky the pool was even open today because of the good weather. ” The hotel does not deliver the quality of service you would expect from either a Waldorf or Hilton facility. The property is beautiful, if you can use it. Be careful booking because there is no advance notice of closures. Better to select a more modestly price propoerty and forgo the facilities as they are restricted availability without notice.

Had a fantastic stay & even had an upgraded room. The extravagance did not disappoint and made our short city break to Rome even more memorable. Ate in the hotel restaurant on our last night. It was worth every euro. The food and service was fantastic.

I did not stay there but instead I attended a meeting on the ground floor throughout the day. It is unquestionably a luxury hotel and run very well. I had been advised to go to see the terrace because you can see one of the most beautiful views of Rome: Unfortunately this only opens for breakfast and at 19:00 for dinner and I did not have the way to check it out.

I go to this facility twice a month… I have always been very good but lately I have had a serious problem.
I left in my room my costume just in the bathroom… after menp of hour from check out I notice the missing costume and sending mail to the hotel website, Mail never received.
I called the hotel to warn you to put it aside but apparently it was never found.
At my request to speak to the waitress on that day's plans I was told that if the costume was not found, I probably didn't leave it there.
Specific that I spend 250 euros per night for an average of 4 nights a month in this hotel… the costume in question I had been given in Brazil and despite the cost I wanted to find it PWR the affective value. Care of the manager's clientele that day 0. What a shame.

Luxurious Hotel Although not very central if you want to get to know Rome and Vatican.

Very nice and extremely clean rooms. These are often prepared in the day. Incredibly friendly and courteous staff — no matter where. The bus driver from the shuttle service = awesome;-) /The restaurant manager (during our stay in the evening shift) turned on each table individually and was able to read some of the lips. Despite language barriers.
5-Star Plus hotel with corresponding prices but definitely deserves!

This place! Service is for those who enjoy elevated service — Claudia at the reception desk knows how to make you feel welcomed (from the greeting received to the extra service upon departure), Sonia at the overwhelming but perfectly done breakfast buffet made you feel right at home (she even remembers what you drink each morning) to the in rooms service and housekeeping is just wonderful. Hospitality at its finest. I can only imagine that the leadership of this hotel has to be the best at leading a team of this

Just wow! We had a very splendid time in Rome and staying in this Hotel definitely contributed to that! We had a room with view over the whole city and sat on our balcony in the evening watching the lights and listening to the piano that was serenading us from down by the pool. The service was next to none — all employees we spoke to or who served us were exceedingly friendly and helpful and did a great job! (Including the cleaners who didn't miss a thing to make our room a home for 3 nights) Thanks again to the concierge for booking the private tours for us and giving us the best restaurant tips! Also has to be mentioned that the gym facilities are excellent as well as the breakfast buffet! We couldn't have enjoyed our holiday more, will be back one day!

A rare pearl that dominates from the top of Monte Mario all the capital. Rooms with breathtaking views, highly qualified staff, standards Waldorf Astoria, a SPA winner of numerous international awards, fine dining, clean environment and on the top floor the abode of the famous Pluristellato Heinz Beck with his kitchen Revolutionary.

Rome is the Eternal City, the Waldorf Astoria Knights is paradise. This resort is perfect, from the reception, to the rooms, to the services. Just park your car you realize you are in a special place. I recommend the SPA, and if you enjoy it there is a three Michelin star restaurant on the terrace.

Great hotel, amazing rooms and services. The location is biggest issue as the hotel is relatively outside the city centre. At the dinning room they have only nessperso coffee machine and not real Italian coffee. Overall the hotel is beautiful and luxurious, the staff is highly dedicated the rooms are comfortable.

Beautiful 5* hotel on a hill overlooking the city. View is priceless. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Average sound proofing from adjacent rooms. Service is good. Food is good. Hotel in room amenities could be better. No water boiler, no tea and coffee, no ironing board. Sure these are available on request, but for such pricing and category hotel they should be there. Guests expect these by default in this category hotel. Prices of the mini bar and in room dining are just outrageous. 8 euro water and 28 euro pizzas? 8 euro delivery charge to the room? In my opinion that's just flat out embarrassing! No matter how much money you have this is not acceptable for basic stuff. Then my 28 euro pizza is served in a delivery pizza box on a plate… Not acceptable for a 5* hotel with such prices and huge competitive upscale hotel market in Rome. If these things could be addressed and improved and make these prices more market avarage, we have found ourselves one of the top hotels in Rome that ticks all the boxes for a beautiful romantic getaway or successful business trip.

The Elegance and class of this place are unique. The staff are friendly and polite, always helpful. I recommend it for a luxury family vacation or for a romantic love getaway. Ideal for a group of friends who want to conquer the capital. I recommend it also for a simple aperitif with amazing view.

One of the best Hilton brand hotels I've stayed at. Staff makes sure you feel important as a diamond member. I was here on New Year's Eve and the city view was spectacular for watching all the fireworks. The only thing I can say that is negative is that I wish there was some sort of Lounge for diamond members. There is an "Imperial Lounge" but you have to be on that floor or pay for it. But I understand that this is standard at Waldorf hotels. Over all 5 stars!

Prestigious Hotel Although modern with ample parking and services of all kinds with rooms for conference events with terrace and panoramic restaurant of high level. Ground floor area High level bar shop and rooftop terrace on top level pool with poolside restaurant with indoor rooms for winter season downstairs gym with swimming pool and wellness center and beauty. Located at the top of a hill overlooking Rome located in the area Camilluccia Balduina has a beautiful garden with adjoining park belonging to Villa Maina with which it borders with its own tennis courts. Frequented by VIPs and high profile international characters.

We spent a weekend at this property with a 3 year old child. It is a luxury hotel with a courteous and friendly staff. We had a spacious room with comfortable bedding, a marble bathroom with Salvatore Ferragamo products.
The points to be improved:-When we arrived, the waste in the bathroom bin had not been discarded;
-The cleaning took place a little late in the afternoon. The maid arrived around 14:30, when our child was napping. As a result, our room could not be cleaned. After there was no cleaning proposal while in most hotels of the same range, the front desk calls the customer to agree together the time to make the room.

Elegant, exclusive, refined, in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view. The detail of the "dome" illuminated at night. A dream place where you can find restaurants, market, exclusive halls for receptions, birthday parties, dream weddings. As soon as you enter the lobby you are pampered by the present staff, available at every request. Only word I can use is "wonderful".

Our stay at this property was awesome. Great views of the city from the hill top. Shuttle into town with connections to both the A and B line subways and walking distance to shopping and dining was fantastic. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria for your location of choice for a Rome vacation or business travel.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding! Loved the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Got an instant upgrade for two rooms that I booked (we have Hilton Gold status), and got an excellent balcony view room. The room and each aspect of the hotel is done in exquisite Roma/Mediterranean fashion and leaves nothing more to be desired. While we were there, they had a nightly singer and piano player that both performed very well and there were even fireworks to cap each night. Our balcony gave us an excellent view, but we got an even better one near the pool. Turndown service, the shuttle service, the restaurant staff, and everything in between was flawlessly done. We'll definitely visit this hotel again when in Rome, it's simply phenomenal!

Hotel storico di Roma rises in Monte Mario in one of the highest points of the city. Spectacular view from the terrace where there is a wonderful restaurant among the best in Italy and not only. Available adjacent a taxi parking for any trips.

Placed on one of the highest points of Rome has services at the height of a 5 star. Try the restaurant of Heinz Beck La Pergola. You need a kidney for the account (per person) but if you're a gourmet it's an experience.

The room costs CHF 1'200.00 for 3 nights. Certainly the most expensive hotel in Italy. Use of pool, etc. Have to pay for very salted Preiaen. We booked with views and got only the prospect of a row of trees! The reception tried to give us a room with a view.

Grand lobby, amazing views from the upper floors, relaxing lifts, a constant stream of celeb guests, and a nice big conference centre make this a five star-er. The security guards will make you feel like you're continually up to no good however.

Atop a prominent hill overlooking the beautiful city of Roma, the Cavalieri sits perched, accessible as much as it is secluded. This wonderful hotel is partnered with Hilton Grand Vacation, which with a membership costs a good hefty amount of points, but it is well worth it. Amenities in hotels are usually the best part, and with this location, it is no different. To enjoy Rome you'll need money and to enjoy anywhere toward you travel, you'll need to invest in where you are staying. VIP room for members grants free snacks and free drinks — if you are American, or have a big stomach, you may need a few plates to fill yourself up, but they don't necessarily skimp you out. The breakfast buffet is cooked to perfection and vastly varied as opposed to some other buffets you might find in other parts of Europe. An Olympic-sized pool, an inclusive gym (kg weights mind you), free Wi-Fi for all, and an underground spa. The rooms are equipped with some of the finest linen beds and plenty of space to relax and unwind in front of a view that's spectacular in whichever room you stay (little fun fact: there are day-blinds that automatically drape the large windows). Some might be thrown off by daily maintenance, but it's a hotel after all. Always improving, and it won't get in the way of your stay. The service is impeccable and never fails to meet every standard of expectations. If all that doesn't impress you, a simply gallery of their decorum will.

Amazing, food amazing, service amazing, nothing I didn't like about are stay, was there to watch the six nations Italy vs England match.

Beautiful hotel with every comfort. Spacious rooms but needs improvement on furniture as they become worn. Beautiful gardens and nice pool.

What an exquisite experience! The view of Rome and especially the Vatican was unparalleled. Watching the sun rise over the hills beyond Rome from the balcony of Club level left me breathless. Touring the hotel for their extensive artwork was like having a private museum at our disposal. Shuttle to city center was very convenient and so was car rental service right at hotel.

Although the property is aging, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything about it was top notch. We were lucky enough to be a Hilton Diamond member at that time and got to spend an afternoon in the Imperial Club. It was an amazing way to relax after spending weeks traveling across Europe.

I'd never been to this iconic hotel in Rome, I had the chance only now, thanks to a job for a Convention.
It's a great service and much nicer inside than you might imagine from the outside.
The outside terrace for Rome is wonderful.
The salons are really courteous and considerate welcome and Princely States.
Hardly have the chance (both for the price of the structure, both for the opportunity, being in Rome) to stay here, but I'd love to be able to confirm my review to five stars.

From the beginning to the end just fine! Beautiful rooms, perfect view from the top of the Vatican. Very good Restaurant. The Hotel is not cheap, the Restaurant for some perhaps too expensive, but it was worth every Euro!
