We stayed here for 2 nights. Great little hotel. About 5 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Close to convenience stores, and many restaurants. The restaurant next door has amazing food, lots of Italians were eating there too. The hotel has a decent breakfast and coffee and croissants available for you to have all day, free of charge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple but clean and with enough space for your luggage etc. I think this was great value for money in Rome.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. The bathroom ceiling collapsed, water flooded the area, and my family and I were forced to sit in the lobby for 6 hours. This is a serious safety issue.
Despite multiple emails and clear promises of compensation, nothing has been provided, and our emails are now being ignored.
If I do not receive immediate compensation and a full refund for that night, I will continue posting reviews and updating my feedback on Google Maps until this hotel reaches a one-star rating.
Extremely disappointed. Not recommended.
