Reviews of Upper View Suite
We stayed at Upper View Suites in Rome. The location was convenient, close to key sights, which was a definite plus. However, the lift was broken for a couple of days, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs, which was inconvenient.
The room was quite small, and the shower area was extremely tight and definitely cramped for comfort. While the staff were polite, the limited space and lift issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
Great location near Trevi and Spanisb steps. Rooms are dark and bathroom is tiny with no window or fan. Beds are reasonably comfortable.
They di clean everyday which is good the rooms are not practical at all.

We had to reschedule our trip due to the layover in Instabul and the Iran attack in turkey airway. We were hoping the company would work with us and switch our reservation. Or charge a small penalty to switch. They wouldn’t do anything. Very hard to get ahold of contacted them days before reservation and they contacted me the day of. Very sad due to unexpected events. Definitely will be finding a new place to stay in November.
