Room is small and basic room but with a comfortable double bed that is the main thing. Location is excellent for the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and great shops. Would stay here again for location and exploring Rome.
Seen bad reviews so was a bit nervous going in but we had no issues at all. Room was very clean and the beds were made everyday. Shower was excellent as well. All staff were very helpful. The location is near all attractions as well.

A few small tweaks would easily give this a 4 star review. On the plus side the location is excellent — very central and buzzy. We specifically booked a room in the main building rather than the annex and although the room overlooked the street (a city view), which was extremely busy, we found it quiet enough with the windows closed. The aircon was efficient although noisy (my husband had to sleep with ear plugs) but it didn't bother me. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was large and comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and good quality towels in the bathroom. Our main gripe was the general maintenance of the room — the cover for the aircon control was missing, making it look obviously uncared for. The bathroom needed attention — chipped and discoloured toilet seat and lots of black mould around the bath (it just needed resealing). The shower wasn't really functional — in order to stand under the shower it had to be directed over the side of the bath, not ideal! The bath should really be removed and replaced with a walk in shower, as there's plenty of space. We had a nice little balcony but the window boxes weren't planted and had been used as an ashtray — probably better to just remove the window boxes completely! All in all however, we enjoyed our stay and with a few small upgrades, this could be a great hotel.
