You have to get there before 21:00 (your time limit to check in) because you will encounter closed doors as has happened to us. We were not able to stay. We suffer from a retardation in the plane and we arrived later than 21:00 at the accommodation. We find the doors locked and no one picked up the phone. We only receive an e-mail that read: “you Are more than 21:00, the doors are closed, as you well know the hour maxima is 21:00” So bear that in mind if you suffer a delay on the plane. In addition, in order to claim the airline was guilty of delay in the amount of the stay, we needed a bill, which, since the housing does not want us to provide for to put this comment. UPDATE: the behavior of The owner is outrageous, I have received several insults by making these comments, just to see how it responds here. I'm still waiting for you to send me the invoice (as requested several times by booking) which refuses to send until you do not remove this comment. This behavior is not suitable for an owner of tourist accommodation. I do not recommend that you alojéis here.

Room clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paul the owner turned out to be courteous, present and helpful.

We were greeted by Paolo, very well. With passion, he told us about Rome and the residential area. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the Apartments. The location of the apartment was only a few minutes from the train station Termini, which facilitates the accessibility in all directions. Tram, Bus and metro are almost on the doorstep. There are close to a cheap supermarket and a Pizzeria. The apartment is suitable for couples. Many thanks again for the nice welcome, and with a further recommendation.

Really cute hotel located next to San Giovanni metro Station and within 15 minutes reach of colosseo. The building is from 18th century with a very tight elevator that you can take to get to the hotel in the 3rd floor. Everything looks quite new and modern and the owner is very helpful. For breakfast you get vouchers for the bars in the street but we didn't try it because we left very early in the morning. The toilet flushing sometimes had problems but a technician should repair it a few days after our visit. The air conditioning however is very loud when turned on and quite annoying and the double bed was two beds put together which led to one sliding away from the other sometimes. Overall worth the price and recommendable, could have stayed there for more than one night!

Really good place, everything is quite close and the service is perfect. The owner gave us really useful information about the surroundings and the city.
