Cute and helpful staff. Close to school sights and trainstaton. Rooms with fridges.

Great hotel, fresh place nearby, all places to visit. Nearby super parquet are lovely staff. Advise.

Great Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Nice terrace on the top where you can have a drink and enjoy.

Hotel located just a step from the centre, in a quiet area and at the same time live at night. Very nice to have a drink and discover the life of the Romans. Side room flat on the air conditioning very very noisy (reported 3 times during our stay without any action). Shower gel never renewed in 4 days. (you had to ask at the reception! ). And for fans of the World Cup or a small evening TV watch of 25cm. Pretty room conclusion but lots of points to review.

Small hotel and reserved a few steps from Via dei serpents in the district of Monti, so centrally located and very well connected! I can't talk about the rooms we never had.

Very good location. Cute room. Basic amenities provided as well as small mini fridge. Clean. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. We will be back when we come back in Rome. Our room was 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. Just FYI. Very secure rooms.

We stayed there for a couple of nights in Rome. The room was perfect: heating, bathroom, extra room and cleanliness was impeccable. Very impressed! Breakfast was very good too. Close to the colosseum (5 minutes away). If you're a fan of walking then there is no need for taking the metro — just walk away and take in Rome's alleys and local feel.

Nice place. Good location The air conditioner turned it off because it went on all night. Nice neighborhood.

Great location for tourists who want to see the center of Rome.

Hotel located near the main square. Renovated rooms with tastes and clean. It's too bad it's not in the room: a telephone, the TV doesn't work. The reception being 3 houses farther away we did not have the courage to go and report it in Bathrobe… the product kit of SDB comes down to a small dose in bag of shower gel. The radiator is impossible to adjust, no thermostat, the only setting we found C is to remove the plug. No small office or home note explaining the operation of the TV, Bloc note, Bic. No need to make a coffee. There is a mini fridge but empty. A rooftop terrace is at our disposal on the 5th floor… 3maisons further… lunch is taken 200 m further in a bar on the square and do not expect to ask for a second coffee you will be charged! And all without a smile. So we went to take our second coffee in the bar next door more welcoming and cheaper. In short a room without the minimum of equipment…

Clean and reformed room. Very good location to visit the city.

Wifi is avaliable only public places, not in rooms.

Close to all the important places. Lots of fun restaurants and bars in the area as well as a metro station. Rooms are small but nice beds and very clean. Breakfast was Italian, very sweet. Staff was excellent! Our pickup to the airport didn't show up so they called and screamed at them for us. Got us a new taxi within 2 minutes and instructed the driver to race. He did and we made the plane.

Very clean B&B with spacious and stylish rooms
Professional staff and very helpful.

Very limited hot water for showers. Heating/air con didn't work properly and we were left with a cold room on a cold night. The lights cut out twice. No Wi-Fi and deceptive staff in dealing with these problems which were too many in the end.

The most: in the Center;
least: breakfast way and slightly noisy Street

B&breakfast without being pretentious. We had a good time and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The place is very tactical. We pretty much abandoned the cars and walked around the whole of Rome. I found this bed and breakfast by searching the internet, and from the first Exchange of mail were very kind and friendly. And so it was.
The rooms aren't huge but very pretty. Really nice staff, friendly and always helpful. I contacted them for other occasions and for various friends and have always been very helpful.

Staff is good but. Cold water, heater was broken, lot of moisture in the bed etc.
