The place is poorly managed. — When I visited, shower was clogged and the guy at reception did not do anything about it event after I showed him clogging. — AC was not working. It was too slow to cool down the place and remote of AC did not work. — Rooms are extremely dark and there is no way to make it bright. — Toilet was not clean. Positives: Liked the walk in closet. Breakfast was OK. Location is good.
➜ Structure close to l Quirinale, Vittoriano, the colosseum and the railway station (from which you can walk quietly). Spacious room, but little light. A beautiful coffered ceiling. Easy to reach the main roads. Environment does not absolutely luxurious, but pleasant and cute, in a historic building (but not noble) with stairs, not suitable if someone has mobility problems or is a mother with a stroller. The bags are left at the time of check out freely available to all, is not left a number of packages to collect. The safe has only the key and not a number yet. The environment is not bright, especially in the wardrobe and in the bedroom. The breakfast is good but not with quality products.

Perfect choice for the location, a short distance from the forum and Colosseum area, from the subways and in general in a very lively area, with many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Very good breakfast. The staff Large room furnished in a classic and cozy.
It should be given a "refreshed" to the environments, which show some signs of old age, for example the door of the shower cubicle was jammed and the plaster had small cracks in the points of assembly of the pieces of the bathroom. For these prices I expect more attention to detail.
It should also be noted that the rooms are on the second floor of an old building without lift, very prohibitive if you have a cumbersome baggage or a buggy, or for people with mobility problems.
