Amazing location right in front of the Pantheon! What I liked the most was the noise cancelling windows and they even let you borrow a mobile phone with free unlimited internet, calls and messages included in your room's rate. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and well sized, I would give 6 stars if I could. I don't recommend places much but this is one I fully recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Rome, very nice suites with Pantheon view, staff really friendly and helpful. I can't think of a better base location. COOP supermarket only a few steps away and the best gelato shop ever next door to it, only let down was the appearance of a group of "shouty" Americans — they were very very loud. If the hotel had a roof terrace with a bar it would be absolutely perfect, but its close to it now based on price and location alone.

Fantastic place and friendly helpful crew! We stayed at the annex in no. 1 with this fab view of the Pantheon, right in top of the best coffee cafe in Rome — Tassa O'ro. Highly recommended!

When I ever go back to roam this is the only hotel I will ever stay in. Besides the constant repeated songs that you can hear from The Piazza during the daytime this is the best hotel in Rome. Is in a great location in The Piazza of the pantheon. Staff is amazing. They are so helpful and their English is good. From here you can walk to the Vatican, The Forum, the Colosseum, and everywhere you want to go in Rome.

Location is perfect, right next to the Pantheon and many restaurants and stores. The annex is less expensive but still very nice. The rooms have been newly refurbished and were clean and comfortable. I will stay again when visiting Rome.

Beautiful rooms with a view of the Pantheon.

Room is nice and decent size. Room was cleaned daily. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations for food in the area for something that is other than your usual tourist spot. Continental breakfast was included.

One of my best hotel experiences ever. The staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were perfect. I cannot stress how much the location of this hotel improved my first stay in Rome (one week). Every morning we walked out of the front door to a breathtaking view of the Pantheon and then picked up a cab from the cab queue just to the right of the monument. Every day we spent a little time with the window open listening to the street performers in the piazza while looking out at the Pantheon. As a photographer, staying at this location was great for taking early morning photos of the Pantheon each day before the street vendors arrive. Some of my favorite photos of the Pantheon were taken out of the window of our room. It is also an easy walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated with great water pressure, a rain shower, and piping hot water. There is also an elevator which is very nice in such a historic building. There is always someone at the front desk, no matter the hour, making us feel safe. The breakfast included with the room is a major plus. Cappuccino is included and we would usually have 2 every morning along with our breakfast buffet of bacon, eggs, meats and cheeses, fruits, danishes, juices, and cereal. It was served at Scusate il Ritardo, a small cafe in Piazza del Rotunda. When I return to Rome I definitely plan on staying here again.

The folks here really go above and beyond for their guests. All of them were great with the exception of one.

Staff very polite and helpful, rooms good with everything I needed. Smartphone in room was useful. Breakfast across the square was good — don't worry about this as is very close. Beds comfortable. Would come to this hotel again. Only downside is noise from outside — not from visitors but buskers who are there 12+ hours a day until late. However slept fine with ear plugs if needed a nap in the day.

Just checked in and I am massively disappointed. We purchased our room from AARP – Expedia for the Pantheon 3E which is actually across from the Hotel Abruzzi. I had already paid for my "newly renovated room" at the Pantheon 3E before I was sent a letter from the Hotel Abruzzi that I was to check in there even though we would be at a different location. That's ok because I purchased a room for 3 nights at the Pantheon 3E. But we got here and it's a complete bait and switch. Not only are we not in the Pantheon 3E but we are not in the Hotel Abruzzi either! We are in a room at a third location that is so small you can barely move the chair and have luggage in the same room, that one window in the room is completely frosted with bars behind it, and it was advertised as having laundry facilities and of course there are none! What a disappointment! Beautiful location but …

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my significant other and this hotel exceeded both of our expectactions. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is located on a square that is always buzzing with people because of the Pantheon and restaurants also located there. You are in a walking distance from all of the major sights. During our stay, we always walked and used the metro only once. Our hotel room had a view of the Pantheon and airconditioning (which we payed extra for). I have no negative comments on the hotel room. It was on the smaller side, but as we were there for just 4 night and did not have a lot of stuff with us it was very doable and did not feel cramped at all. I liked the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was in another restaurant, which I was slightly skeptical of at first. However, this restaurant was found almost opposite of the hotel on the same square and we had lots of things to choose from. We always left satisfied. In addition to this, the hotel staff was also very friendly. I can recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Roma because of the cleanliness, good rooms, terrific location and friendly staff.

A gorgeous hotel in a great location! Central and convenient to reach many destinations, museums, points of interest and monuments of the beautiful capital. The view of the Pantheon Square is really exciting! And especially the structure is furnished in a really nice!

Small rooms but clean and spectacular view and perfect location!

Wonderful hotel! I was almost afraid to give it 5 stars cause I don't want to compete with other people to stay here again. The rooms were clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast that was included at a nearby restaurant was amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite. The only thing I could say was the Wi-Fi was sketchy but who cares I am here to see Rome not lounge in the room.

First of all they send you to have different building, that means not to the building in the Pantheon piazza. Second more important: When they print the paper showing the online booking, in that paper IT IS PRINTED ALL THE CREDIT CARD DETTAILS including also the ccv code! What they say? Their answer is that they are loyal. Small tv. Small bathroom. No elevator. No lobby. The bathroom smells. Too high the price to pay even if it was very nice condition.

We Stayed for 3 nights in Hotel Abruzzi. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Rooms rates were quite reasonable considering the location The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great view overlooking Piazza della Rotanda and the Pantheon. We would definitely stay again. Thanks to all staff.
