We LOVED the room, the service and the location. The kitchen could have been better equipped; needed larger pots, pans and more knives/cooking utensils. And wine glasses would have been great.

We had a terrific 5 night stay. This place was perfect. The rooms were well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety.

Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast room service. Locked private parking. They also have a laundry room for doing self-service laundry (although we did not use it).

Stayed for 4 nights. Excellent stay. The Hotel staff are exceptional.
Large room, great Wi-Fi, great TV, comfy bed and ice cold aircon with a good fridge.

All was perfect. The owner is absolutely brilliant, friendly and make you feel at home 🏡. The only place I can come back in Rome.

Rooms are very nice and comfy, you feel like at home. Lisa is a great host ready to help you with any request. Breakfast was tasty! On our next trip to Rome, we will only choose Lisa ☺️

The room was clean and great, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, it had a large variety of pastries which were very tasty.

Our stay here was very pleasant. Staff was accommodating and attentive. Food service was decent. There is also a restaurant next door with delicious food and drinks that is very convenient.

We stayed at J24 in Rome for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet, and our host, David, was warm and thoughtful.

One of the best place that I have been, and one of the best cappuccino that I have had. I can just recommend it.

We had already been to Mr. Brown in the Marconi area, this year we chose the San Paolo area due to its greater proximity to the Bambin Gesu hospital since we had to bring our daughter for a check-up,

Great location close to the railway station. Area around is lifefull, safe and full of restaurants.
They wait us untill late and the welcoming was really warm.

Everything was perfect for us. The location, the beautifully furnished and decorated room with an extra comfortable bed and modern bathroom.

To be honest, I couldn't find anything to fault. The hotel is definitely an Autograph Collection from arriving at the door till check out.

It's just the perfect place to stay in Rome. The only thing is that the metro station is 9 mins walk but the bus stop is just right at the entrance. They even leave breakfast boxes every morning.

A special thanks to Lida who gave us an amazing welcome even though she wasn't expecting us. She took the time to explain us how to access the room. She even helped my aging mom with her luggage.

Simone's house is a journey into classical Roman times, seasoned with a pinch of creativity (which never hurts), a clean and tidy room, there is everything you need for breakfast.

Excellent bnb for comfortable stays in the eternal city. We had a great time and furthermore in the immediate vicinity you have all the services you need: restaurants, subway, supermarket etc.

Dirty environment, the walls inside the dirty rooms, including the bathrooms. They charge handsomely, and from the photos that are published on the site, this is not the case.

Always available managers and excellent structure for value for money. I recommend it.

Short, very positive experience. There are public transport stops nearby, the area is quiet. Very easy check in and check out. The rooms have everything you need and are clean.
